«The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down ...

«My experience at Koi was not quite what I expected. The rooms are modern, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. Immediately after checking in, I had to change rooms because of an obvious maintenance issue. Given the inconvenience, I expected a room upgrade, but the replacement room had an obstructed view and felt more like a downgrade from the original room. Housekeeping also never cleaned my room, despite my ...

18. Four Seasons Resort - Nevis

Jessups Village

«INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here ...
