The view from porch and patio is blissful. The neighborhood is quiet, but groceries, dining and sightseeing are nearby. Mostly, though, we just love to sit with the river in view, read and talk.»

«We enjoyed our stay here very much. Loved how we could easily walk to Boothbay. Access to the kayaks was a huge plus too. If there was one bit of advice I could offer, it would be to reduce the amount of furniture in the cabin. I believe there were 15 chairs within.»

«We loved our week-long stay in this well-appointed cabin! We woke up to the seagulls every day, took some nice walks in the woods at nearby nature preserves, went to 2 of Maine’s prettiest lighthouses, and enjoyed lots of lobster. The only drawback is that most restaurants are a good drive away and need a bit of planning in the evening.
