«This property is in the location for us that was central to all the Upper Pennisula activities we wanted to do during our stay. It made our vacation very convenient. The grocery store is walking distance from the house - so getting what we needed was easy.»

«We had an amazing stay at Hidden Haven with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog! You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. Everything was super clean and comfy and we had everything we needed to have a great few days. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!»

«This cozy little cabin in Grand Marais was clean, comfortable, and made for a great home base while exploring the area. We also appreciated that it allowed our two dogs, which made traveling much easier.We’d definitely stay here again. The only reasons we’re giving it 4 instead of 5 stars are that it’s about a 1.5-mile drive to the waterfront (rather than an easy walk), and the cabin uses well water that has a very orange color, so we’d recommend bringing your own drinking water.Overall, it was ...

«Simple and clean, but the idea that this sleeps 4 is really pushing it. There was only 2 of us, so it was ok, but the “couch” is a cubicle type couch that opens in to what can roughly be called a double bed. There were no sheets for it, but the owner did respond right away and brought one flat sheet. He told us fitted sheets don’t fit the couch. It’s a decent place, but we stayed in 3 other places for much less that were much better. This is not worth what they charge a night.»

«Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers. ...

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean, cozy, and the owner clearly puts in a lot of effort and care into this place. There’s plenty of sleeping space and parking (we had one couple and two single adults, two cars), lots of indoor activities to do for the family (games, pingpong, etc), full kitchen, and the washer dryer was perfect for after our hike earlier that day in the rain. «The property has a great location and view. It has a very peaceful setting, and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck. We also liked the coffee nook; it was nice and bright. The cabin was very dark and could use some lamps in the living and bedroom areas. The carpets were very dirty even though we were asked to remove our shoes before entering the home.
