Our cozy two-bedroom studio on Ferry St offers comfort with queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. Just minutes from Manhattan, it`s ideal for families or groups of up to four people, providing a perfect home away from home.

Apartment accessible only by stairs, we do not have elevators

1. **Prudential Center (Stadium and Arena)**:
- Distance: Approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometers).
- How to get there: Walk south on Ferry St, then turn left onto Mulberry St. The Prudential Center will be on your right.

2. **MetLife Stadium**:
- Distance: Approximately 14 miles (22.5 kilometers).
- How to get there: The best option would be to take a taxi, Uber/Lyft, or drive. Public transportation options may not be very convenient due to the distance.

3. **American Dream**:
- Distance: Approximately 11 miles (17.7 kilometers).
- How to get there: Taxi, Uber/Lyft, or drive via I-280 W and NJ-3 W.

4. **Times Square** (Manhattan):
- Distance: Approximately 15 miles (24 kilometers).
- How to get there: Take a taxi, Uber/Lyft, or walk to Newark Penn Station. From there, take a PATH train to 33rd Street in Manhattan.

5. **Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)**:
- Distance: Approximately 4 miles (6.4 kilometers).
- How to get there: Taxi, Uber/Lyft, or drive via US-1 Truck S.

6. **Newark Penn Station**:

1 - Kindly note that this listing does not include parking. Street parking is available at your own discretion and cost. Enjoy the central location, where everything you need is within walking distance.

2 - Please note that our apartments are pet friendly and therefore accommodate pets. After a guest with a pet checks out, we perform an even more thorough and meticulous cleaning to ensure maximum comfort and well-being for our future guests. However, if you have severe allergies, it`s important to be aware that the apartment may have previously hosted pets.

Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we kindly ask you to consider this information when making your reservation.

3 - Earliest check-in is at 2:00 pm (subject to host availability; please confirm with your host). For check-out, the latest time is 11:00 am. Prior arrangements are recommended; reach out to your host in advance.

4 - We are pet friendly and always love to welcome you! We kindly ask that all pets be declared at the time of booking. A pet fee may apply to cover a more thorough cleaning after check-out.

5 - Please be aware that access to the apartment is only via stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

6 - The photos of the bedroom is just to illustrate our wallpaper. We do not have a view of Manhattan, as our apartment is located in Newark, NJ.

If rules are broken a $2000 will be charged for damages. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
