Great hotel, great location
Great Hotel at a perfect location. Small rooms, but travelling for work they’re ok. Would love for there to be a gym.

The Marlton is in the European country style. Comfortable reading areas with fireplace. Small dining booths or a covered terrace for breakfast. The food is excellent and the service equally so.The "twin room" is comfortable but small. Housekeeping excellent. Great location & safe for an AM jog. Don't hesitate to stay on your next visit.

I had an early flight into the city and even though check in time was 3PM they worked to get me in much earlier. It was much appreciated since I was traveling with my dog. I see a lot of complaints about the room size yet the hotel lists the square footage. The rooms are small but nice. I did opt to upgrade to the suite for part of my stay and it didn’t disappoint. Only feedback I’d give is the rooms could use full length mirrors and grab and go breakfast options (fruit, pastries) for those that don’t want a sit down breakfast.

Its a lovely hotel super service nice linens good food charming sitting areas if a bit threadbare . Rooms comically small but comfortable and good bedding . Good wifi and location UNBEATABLE! The heart of old nyc . Thanks for a great stay.

I loved The Marlton as it was walking distance to my family. This is a boutique hotel that was first class all the way albeit small rooms! That's NYC for you! If you are going to go, and you want to be in this area of Manhattan, this place rocks. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was divine and included. I highly recommend it and will be back for my next visit.

The Marleton is a gem with an outstanding provenance. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are on the small side but none the less comfortable for it. The hotel is so close to Washington Square park and is surrounded by great dining and drinking options. I hope to return in the not too distant future.

After living in NYC for about 16 years, I have been returning for business roughly every month for the past five. Though I had visited The Marlton for drinks and dinner in the past, I had never stayed as a guest. My stay was truly remarkable. The rooms are small but perfectly appointed, with many thoughtful touches and classic, fine finishes. The included breakfast is generous. And the staff is friendly and helpful without being too overwrought. Just the right amount of attention. I look forward to my next stay.

We had an excellent stay. This place is a gem! Warm, cozy & very comfortable. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Daily breakfast was a treat! The bar provided excellent cocktails. Can’t wait to return!

Room is very small, no place to put a large suitcase. TV was not working well. No tissue box. No memo pad and a pen. No hotel guides in the room. Positive side is Nice and clean bedding.

Property is very old including the rooms. The hallways smelled like urine. There was blood stains on our towel. This is at best a 2 star hotel

I was in town for a conference at NYU. Everything went smoothly and I loved my short walk through the park each morning. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the city.
