Hel ok. Litt utdatert
Hyggelig opphold, god service i bar og frokostsal. Rommene bærer preg av å være eldre. Små bad, ok seng. Null utsikt. Mye støy fra vifter i bakgården. God plassering, sentralt. Dårlig at bagasje oppbevaring koster ekstra når man allerede har betalt en høy pris for oppholdet.

Location! Location! Location! I loved that it was a 5-minute walk to Grand Central Station. The Lexington is an Autograph Collection boutique hotey by Marriott Bonvoy. My room was small and cute. I also liked that there was breakfast buffet at the hotel and that was convenient for me. I'd hoped to enjoy happy hour but I was often out and about during that time. The one thing that I didn't love was that my room was directly opposite the elevator. That's a safety concern for a solo traveler like me.

The rooms were small but adequate for our 3 night stay. The location was excellent with numerous restaurants easily accessible by walking. We were very unhappy about the $3/bag storage fee we were charged for holding our luggage until our room was ready, we've never experienced this before anywhere. The room was very noisy at night as there was a lot of road construction in the middle of the night well into the morning hours.

The property is in a perfect location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was a very very slow draining sink. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at the Lexington - fair New York price for a central location. Cute hotel, the lobby is beautiful and reception staff were very friendly. Negative included having to pay $3/bag cash to leave with the bellman before our check in which is usually a complementary service at other hotels, and their $35 destination fee per day, seems like an additional cost for no reason if you don’t want to order food/drinks, city bikes or use the gym option.

Property charges additional destination fee and does not disclose that upfront. Also, our cards were charged for using Stayton (for both rooms) although we never visited it. Be extra careful with your bill.

C’était pas mal du tout, juste 2 choses que je n’ai pas aimé. 1)dans notre salle de bain, quelques gouttes d’eau tombaient du plafond et quand on a signalé au personnel, ils nous ont changé de chambre( ce qui est bien). 2)Apart ça, il y a plusieurs frais à payer apart le frais de l’hébergement(chose que je ne savais pas). J’ai juste réalisé que une sommes a été pris dans mon compte bancaire à la fin de mes séjours.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room a bit small and tight. We were disappointed that on a Friday night the bar stopped serving drinks at 11pm. According to our server it’s because the new management company refused to pay the staff OT.

I didn’t appreciate the “destination” fee of $35 a day that I was not told about. I was just told about the $35 daily hotel credit. Had I known that I would have been charged it regardless I would have used the service more often than I did. This fee should be on Expedia’s site so the customer knows before booking. Otherwise a great hotel for the price we paid.

Tried to check in after the check in time of 4 pm and and they didn’t have our room ready for us us until after 6pm. They said they were still cleaning it. Offered nothing to us for the inconvenience and just acted as if it was no big deal that we needed to go sit in the lobby and wait. Very disappointed , will never stay here again.

This hotel is lovely. However the bathrooms are very small and the toilets are very low and difficult to use. Its also very noisy. Understanding its the big city it a still too noisy. Also the hotel bar is only open from 5 to 11. Who does that?

Servizio di dotazione in camera deludente. Eravamo in 4 ed hanno messo sempre asciugamani per 2 e/o 3. Una sera ci hanno addirittura risposto che li avevano terminati e che la lavanderia li portava tra mezzanotte e le 2 del mattino. A loro favore la distribuzione di acqua . Camera abbastanza spaziosa

We think this property is amazing! We would look forward to going back. The only thing I would make a recommendation to is in room 1907. The curtain does not go down on one of the windows and so light comes in all night long.
