Thank you for your feedback. As you know, we did move your room as requested based on your assumption of 'bugs' in the room. Our front desk supervisor and engineer went to the room and did not note anything. As our protocol requires, we had our exterminator come and inspect the room. The inspection found no evidence of any bugs or insect activity.I understand you had allergy requirements, and we are always happy to prepare the room for any guests' specific needs, if and when we know prior to arrival.

We are working as diligently as possible to get the elevator issue resolved with our service provider. regretfully, this is not something we can control, but when issues occur we have our staff on had to help move the guests in/out of the hotel as efficiently as possible.
