Our team is typically praised for going out of their way to ensure guests feel at home and it is very disappointing to hear this was not your experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent stay. We're pleased to hear that you found our hotel to be nice, although we understand your concern about the price. Regarding the long lines for coffee in the mornings, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Im not sure if you were informed but we offer complimentary coffee every morning on the lobby level for guest between the hours of 6am and 8am. We're continuously working to improve our service and will take your feedback into account to better manage peak times.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the hotel. It sounds like there were several issues that impacted your stay negatively, from the broken safe and curtains to the unexpected minimum spends (This was only for tables. As a hotel guest you have priority access to the rooftop.) and the cleanliness of the rooms. It's certainly frustrating when advertised amenities don't meet expectations, especially when you've paid for a premium experience. Your feedback about the lack of timely response to maintenance requests and the perceived favoritism towards outside visitors is valuable and will be addressed.
