Veo comentarios de gente que le anularon la reserva unos días antes. Lo que nos hicieron a nosotros fue peor... Ya estábamos alojados en el hotel con una estancia de 4 noches ya pagadas y en el tercer día nos dicen que al día siguiente nos tenemos que ir. Nos lo dijeron a las 20:00 y teníamos que abandonar el hotel al día siguiente antes de las 11:00... Dijimos que ya teníamos la estancia pagada y que no nos podíamos ir. No teníamos donde dormir al día siguiente... Nos dijeron que si no nos íbamos llamarían a la policía... Increíble, nos echaron como a perros. La excusa era que habían llegado a un acuerdo con el gobierno estatal para alojar inmigrantes y que era lo que había... A los 3 o 4 días no reingresaron el dinero de la última noche pero, para colmo, menos de lo que habíamos pagado. Nos tuvimos que buscar un hotel nosotros. No me han tratado tan mal en un hotel en mi vida y he me he alojado en muchos. A parte de esto el hotel no vale nada. Habitaciones pequeñas, muebles viejos y moqueta sucia. Una experiencia para olvidar. Adjunto foto del papel que nos encontramos en la habitación cuando llegamos a las 20:00

Nice place in a not so great area. But it was close to a subway stop and could get to Manhattan, Queens, or Brooklyn pretty easily.

Wasn’t really a good area, although we had a nice view of the city, area was dirty, do not recommend for families, the phone is only for pictures, it doesn’t work and didn’t even have a cord attached to it. Walls were beat up, didn’t even get room service for toothbrushes for 300$ a night. Easy check out and check in though

Manhattan Small Hotel
By far the smallest hotel room, I’ve ever stayed at in my life….but I’m told that’s NY for you. Upon arriving, there was no clerk at the front desk and there was another group waiting to check in as well. I don’t know how long they had been waiting. We waited a good 15 minutes for the clerk to show up and he offered no apology or any acknowledgment to the fact that we were kept waiting. Once he got there the checkin was seamless. The parking……horrible!!! This was my biggest complaint as the property is surrounded by a school across the street and several car repair shops to the left, the right, and around the corner. There was ZERO parking. Of course there was no parking at the school….the few spots available that were not fenced in were all taken. All other street parking was occupied by cars that belonged to the repair shops. I ended up parking a block away on a small side street…..fortunately there were no incidents as my car was full with my child’s college stuff.

Location is good. It is nearby a subway station and it takes only two stops to Manhattan. Some of the staff in the front desk need to be in training. They hardly greet or smile. They give also different information about a specific subject regarding the hotel.

The room had a great view of the Manhatten sky line from the 11th floor. The room was pretty clean, just a few little things. There were Citi bikes right across the street and it was easy to rent and bike across the bridge into town. Great breakfast room.

Terrible choice. Don't booke it. The "hotel" it's located in the middle of dirty and noisy businesses and non pleasant neighborhood. There are no walking distance restaurants in the neighborhood and its dangerous when you tried to walk more for looking a good one. The transportation it's a nightmare, the taxis, uber or lyft doesn't want to be in the area, as they told us.The room was dirty and smelly as well the hotel entrance and elevator. I asked for cleanning service and the maid never came. There were dead roaches and dust inside the room. We checked out the next morning and get another hotel where we felt safe and respected and also the room and hotel was super clean. The violent staff doesn't want to reimburse the rest of the booked nights due to policy limitations. In conclusion, this offer in Expedia catalog it's a shame for the company prestige and I recommend that the company, and the hotel, should be honest with this kind of offer, specially for seniors with knee issues like me and my husband. The no reimbursement policy should be revised due to the all "surprises" that we found.

Terrible check-in
My spouse and I had a terrible check-in at this hotel. We reserved a room a month earlier; we arrived at the hotel at 10:50 pm, and we got our key at 12:25 am. They said the room is available, but we cannot let you get the room!!! Also, when we asked why we cannot have a room, they didn’t give any clear explanation!!! Each time they said to wait ten more minutes to fix it! Also, they confirmed that our reservation is correct, and the problem is based on hotel miscommunication. Also, at midnight after waiting for more than an hour, they told us that you are not patient and it is better to find another hotel for tonight!! Also, we emailed managers that night, and we haven't received a response yet after six days. The room was clean, it had a city view, and it is a seven-minute walk to a subway.
