The hotel was very basic, which was fine. Breakfast was mediocre. The major downside is that it’s in a very isolated area and too far to walk anywhere. No places to eat around there so plan to take Lyft

Loved how clean the rooms were and how nice the staff was. Parking was so convenient and very reasonable. Subway stop just a few minutes walk away. This area of LIC is really up and coming with a lot of local business springing up.

Hôtel très propre , très bonne literie, full breakfast, à deux pas du métro ( ligne E qui dessert Times Square et air train pour JFK). Frigo dans la chambre et micro-ondes du lobby disponible. Petit plus : roof top agréable pour y manger le soir par exemple.

C est un hôtel propre et notre chambre était spacieuse avec de nombreux rangements ( chambre twin). Le rooftop avec la vue sur Midtown Manhattan est un plus ainsi que le petit déjeuner inclus même si le choix n était pas très variée et la salle à manger un peu petite ce qui fait que nous avons du parfois attendre pour le petit déjeuner lors de notre séjour. Le lieu est bien desservi par les transports ( Metro ou ferry), à 10mn de la 5th avenue et très facile d accès depuis JFK. le quartier est safe. Petit bémol, l accueil assez moyen. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour New York.

Gerade so das nötigste vorhanden. Für den Zustand des Zimmers recht teuer. Frühstücksraum zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen. Fenster sind nicht dicht und es ist daher sehr laut. Generell sehr hellhörig. Liegt sehr nahe zur Subway Station. Personal war bei Anfragen immer für einen da.

Mi é piaciuta molto la pulizia, che non ci fosse la moquette e che sia la stanza che il bagno fossero grandi. La metro era vicinissima ed era linea diretta a tante zone importanti da visitare. La colazione buona anche se un po' ripetitiva. Tutti molto gentili. Ci siamo trovati bene.

Rooms facing the street are really noisy because of the traffic and are smaller than I have usually seen, but I expected that having read a review. The front desk personnel were great as was the breakfast staff. They kept things moving and replenished. Choices were good -- pancakes, bacon, eggs, veggies, yogurt fruit, cereal, tea and coffee, bagels and some other things I've forgotten. I would definitely recommend this hotel - price was good and, as I've stated, so were staff.

Chosen for its proximity to Metro and free breakfast. Property was simple and clean. Area is not swanky, but we felt safe and metro to downtown is a block away. Staff was always responsive and kind to requests. Breakfast was very simple and the same every day. We ended up buying a few basics to make it better. For example there are quick oats, but nothing to accompany them and the mains would run out by 9:30 each morning, but no more were made. They also don’t clean the tables between users which is a bit gross as they use black table clothes. Would rather there was no covering and some supplies to clean your own surface. Lots of staff standing behind the counter chatting. Might be better to have them wiping tables between users. Good value for price in New York.

das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage zur Metro, 3 min zu Fuss das Zimmer war genügend gross, das Bett bequem und wir hatten einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Leider gab es im Zimmer nur 1 Stuhl. Die Fenster waren nicht gut. wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse, sodass wir wegen des Straßenverkehrlärms nicht schlafen konnten.

Room was clean and comfortable but plumbing was very noisy all night. Remote for tv was not programmed properly, so did not work. Information on Expedia website indicated that parking was available but did not indicate the $20 a night fee. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
