Check in is 3pm, when we arrived at 5pm our room is not ready. No apologies from any of the staff. Instead, all we heard is “we are a BIG hotel”, “we are fully booked yesterday, house keeper is working on your room.” “ we can’t give you other room because this is the only room left through third party reservation.” We have to cancel our dinner plan in order to make it to our show. Very disappointed with this “BIG hotel”

There was mildew in the shower door bottom trim and a house keeping towel cart in the hallway outside our door for days. Not be big problems. On a good footnote, ever staff member we talk to were overly helpful and very pleasant. We will be back to Hilton again.

The staff was amazing. All very friendly and communicate well. The things we had concerns about are minor, but IMO can be attended to and makes you think what else isn’t being well kept. Toilet paper holder kept falling off, there were no places to hang coats in entry way, no where to hang towels in bathroom. The room was very cramped for two beds.

Out of 4 days of staying here, they only cleaned the room once (it was on the third day). Requested the front desk for new towels but it never came so we had to get it ourselves. Hallways don’t have AC, elevators take forever Nonetheless, great area and convenient location.

Look. If you’re looking for a budget friendly, clean basic hotel for in and out close to times Sq. And Central Park etc this is a great place. Though a few things did bother me. First things first I arrive to the hotel and I’m told that to park my car would be $75 USD Per night and if I would like to have my car parked for me it will cost me $20 USD extra per night. A little ridiculous considering the car is being parked once. Anyways I decide to park myself and upon arrival to the third party parking lot I realize that the fee is $56USD per night and that I’ve been up charged. Pretty annoying but whatever. The first morning of our stay we are woken at 7:30 AM by housekeeping. Though the lady does not speak English and I do not speak Spanish so we’re basically staring at eachother with no idea what to say. The same thing happens the following morning. Quite annoying. You would think working in an international city at a Hilton you should be able to communicate 5 essential sentences in English to guests. During my third stay I woke up quite thirsty and needed something to drink. I attempted to call “room service” with the hotel rooms phone and was rudely told “we don’t have room service and hung up on” .. so I ordered Uber eats to bring me water bottles from Starbucks. Upon arrival the delivery person was refused to bring my parcel up to my room and when I spoke to the front desk they hung up on me rudely while telling me to come downstairs to get my package. I expected more.

Having a lot of experience in hotel stays, I think this one is a great option. Location is close to many attractions, places to eat all kinds of food and never felt unsafe. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at chekin, as any credit card was accepted by the syste. Manager Miguel and Staff Maranda were super nice and helped us sort it out. One low point os that thwy charge $10 to receive packages. Thats a lot of money. Id stay again here.

Out of 5 nights I stayed, only 1 the hotel cleaned my room. Elevators take forever. Room was good, but shower curtain smelled humid.

The room was perfect for the trip as it was a last minute trip into the city but the room was really small and hot. The thermostat stated it was cooler than what the room temperature was and I could not sleep. I will always trust the Hilton hotels for their safety and cleanliness!

Rooms are clean, the staff is great. Only issue are the elevators. Super slow, most of the time you will find a line of people waiting to access any of the 3 elevators. I would recommend requesting a lower level room and just using the stairs.
