Dirty, worn out property that doesn’t look like Hilton brand more of a motel quality. There were stains all over the unit

ordered tickets online When I arrived at the hotel They didn’t want to give me a room, they said that they didn’t receive the money, although they took it from the bank And that was the problem. I wasn't the only one. Four people in front of me had the same problem. I had to buy a ticket at an inflated price I withdrew money twice Now I need to call the bank and explain the situation I offer cheaper tickets when you arrive raises prices at night Yes you have no choice

We didn't have a pleasant stay like last time on this property. I couldn't find the sheet underneath the comforter because it was rolled to a corner of the bed. It gave me an impression that the sheet wasn't changed from the last guest. My husband and I had a hard time to fall in sleep because of noises. One obviously was from the elevator near the room. The mechanic noise could be heard almost through the whole night.

The restaurant at the property was great along with the staff and service that they provided. It was quiet at night other than when the events were going on. That also limited parking for guest that were staying at the hotel. When I asked about parking, I was asked how long I would be staying. When I asked if I could park in the parking lot beside the building, I was told that that was rented out to Amazon for training drivers. I was also told that they would ask their manager on duty if I could park there, and then was told that I was not staying long enough without management even being asked. The front desk staff could take a few tips from the restaurant personnel. Other than that it is a fairly decent hotel.

Lorenzos Restaurant in hotel waiter Jacob was very adiment on how much tip we should have gave him, i favs him 25 he aanted 50, you cant tell a customer how much tip to leave.

Overall it was ok the rooms are getting a little dated but it was clean. The front desk booked me into the wrong room but they quickly corrected it. The restaurant is nice.
