The hotel was really good, We enjoyed every minute of our stay, The complimentery driver service was really good. We used the car every day and the drivers was really nice. The personnel was super nice , really service minded all the way. We will come back, don’t forget to tip the drivers.

Meget bra hotell i Brooklyn
Meget bra og veldrevet mindre hotell i Greenpoint helt nordvest i Brooklyn. Dette området ligger i nærheten av Williamsburg og kan anbefales. Greenpoint har mye bra barer, restauranter og cafeer etc. og er helt trygt. Det er 10 minutters gange til nærmeste subway med 25 minutters reisetid inn til Midtown Manhattan. Hotellet har store og godt isolerte rom med bra standard , god innredning, kvalitetsseng, og hyggelig profesjonell betjening, men ikke noe spisemulighet. Det er enkelt å sjekke inn og ut, jeg hadde ingen problemer med bestillingen eller oppholdet. Hotellet har også gratis biltransport innenfor en radius av en mile. Hotellet ligger i grenselandet mellom industribebyggelse og boligområder, men det er allikevel veldig rolig. Hotellet passer best for de som er godt kjent i New York, vil ha en rolig base langt unna Times Square , eller for de som skal bo der over en lengre periode. Meget bra "value" og anbefales sterkt.

We loved our stay at the Henry Norman. The room was clean and beautiful. The art throughout the hotel is interesting, as is the architecture. The check-in staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

This boutique hotel is amazing. Our suite was huge by NYC standards. The bathroom was big too. The room, and the public spaces are beautifully decorated. Very eclectic and bright. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The fact that you can park on the street for free is incredible. The rules for parking were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. It’s a short walk to the subway station.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The Decorations were quite charming. The view of the city from the 3rd floor roof was wonderful. The location required a walk to restaurants, but order-in menus were provided which made up for those of us who wanted to eat at the hotel. The breakfast bar was somewhat limited, but that’s evidently because there is no kitchen.

I’ve stayed here MANY times and I love it! The hotel is so nice- love the design and rooms. Access to two Manhattan view terraces, easy walk to parks, waterfront, restaurants, subway. Awesome staff! Always friendly and helpful. It’s my go to when visiting family in Brooklyn!

The property itself was very nice and the staff were excellent. Our only complaint was that at 5am both mornings we were there, we were abruptly waken up by kids running and jumping in the room right above us - felt like our ceiling was going to come right down on us at any second. Other than that, everything was great. If we do return, we will request a top floor room to prevent that from happening again.

This place is great. It is a very interesting building. The room was immaculate, comfortable, great!! There is nothing around the hotel; it was important to know to bring food back with you at night if you want something to eat at night.

Favorite hotel in Brooklyn. Rooms are magnificent and staff just as great. Convenient to the best of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Highly recommend.

Youth Hostel, at the very best...
This hotel is little more than a youth hostel. No parking, no doorman, no room service, no bar, no courtesy. This hotel does not clean rooms or add towels or take away refuse until AFTER 3 days of your stay. So don't ask for it! It is a converted industrial building with PLENTY of industry and noise still surrounding the location. It offers nothing of what a boutique hotel is supposed to. Even with the suite, it is all just shabby chic, and mostly just shabby! I would not recommend that anyone stay here, for any reason! There are far too many other real hotels in Brooklyn! Don't waste your money or your breath!

Awesome hidden gem. Street parking was safe and easy, the room was HUGE for NYC standards and the lobby and all common areas were clean and trendy. We had a great time and the location was within a few short minutes of subway, bars and restaurants. We ended up in a suite so had a separate living and room area. The ceiling height was very high and added to the spacious feeling. We also had a private patio with some nice views of the NYC skyline.
