Helt greit hotel. Oppvarming av rommet var ikke automatisk så det måtte styres manuelt. Så ente opp med enten veldig kaldt eller veldig varmt. Dette var vinterstid. Sommer skal vist fungere automatisk. Ellers stille og rolig. Renhet og romvask helt topp. Veldig sentralt i New York kan anbefales og billigste vi fant så sentralt og nytt. Pluss ingen teppe på do:)

Beliggenheten perfekt. Kort vei til "flybussen" om man vil ta det .Resepsjonistene var utrolig hjelpsomme med å gi info. positive og kunnskapsrike . Bor der mer enn gjerne igjen

Bathroom was extremely cold despite heater. Shower door (half) allowed water to collect near toilet and was drafty and would rub against the toilet stool when opened. Felt chilly like when I was using a shower stall at a camp ground. Room temp was cold despite changing the thermostat. Limited outlets for phone charging.-- need lamps to have charging ports so I would not have to charge my phone and watch in the bathroom - placing on sink. Construction was inconvenient - especially for shuttle deliver and pick up -- but this was expected. Bed and pillows were very comfortable but needed more blankets. Wore my sweater to bed due to being so cold at night. Water was hot -- thank you! Hotel personnel friendly and helpful!

Convenient, clean, quiet midtown hotel
Convenient place for Grand Central and midtown. Took a minute to find the entrance (go into the steakhouse). High ceilings, good bed (one liked it, one thought it too soft), clean.

Property is undergoing major renovation so hard to comment as clearly things are changing. If you need a place to lay your head, you can expect fun themed rooms that can offer a bit of an escapism experience. My room was a bit over the top, a science and renaissance conjunction theme. Service ranged from clearly being busy with the remodel to genuinely friendly and everything in between. Obviously great location if traveling, not a lot open late nights though!

Front desk agents are nice! Dante worked in the morning is very kind and Uriel is kind too, so helpful! I enjoyed stay here, Dylan hotel is so great! Makes my holiday warm!

This hotel is one block away from Grand Central Station making it easy to take the subway. 10 minute walk to Times Square. The room was very quiet for a good nights rest from a day full of adventure.

The staff was very nice. It was quiet. Altjough, their drains were blocked. Couldnt have a normal length of shower and certainly not two in a row.

Would definitely recommend this hotel when it's not under construction but still an amazing spot! The service was great, very kind workers. The gentleman that check to send was very welcoming and the lady that checked us out was also very sweet and kind. Perfect location to explore Manhattan! Close to close to multiple tourist attractions and public transit. Would definitely come here again!

The staff is amazing but the place is gross no windows so it’s super dark most outlets don’t work the heat was broken and it was freezing!! They brought me some old blankets and a space heater but it was still freezing So cold I couldn’t shower really horrific for 270.00 a night

An incredible location. Around the corner from Grand Central and close to Bryant Park. We walked to a Broadway show, to the piers for a boat cruise, to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Macy's on 34th Street and more. Nespresso machine in room. Staff generous with refills. Desk staff prebooked us a taxi to the airport. Much cheaper than Uber. The entrance and lobby aren't in great shape, but I'm sure they'll be fabulous after the renos.

Staff was wonderful and room was very clean! We got upgraded to the Suite Room 408 which was incredible! Was like being in a castle! Very rare that our jaws drop when we walk into a hotel room but that’s what happened here! Great walking distance to many attractions and Grand Central!

Hotel lobby under construction - lobby on 3rd floor useless - no staff to be seen - no amenities at all on weekend - would not stay here again - a 4 star this was NOT!

We stayed in there for 4 days and 3 without air conditioning, we call reception all time and nobody came to fix a issue they just bring us a fan room was at 80 degrees at night
