Some ups and some downs
+ Fantastic location. + Amazing view. + Received and checked out very friendly. - The entry area was under restauration when we arrived without previous notice. - The room was quite small. Both no biggie. - One really annoying experience: I went to the reception at 00.30 am and asked for a bottle of water. They had several bottles available, but said that I could not have one. These were only for arriving guests. I replied that I would be happy to pay for it as there were no other options in the hotel. Answer: "No, you have to go outside for that." No mercy, no chance to buy clearly available water, no information given about where to get it. I had to get back to 25th floor, get dressed for a NY night and find a 7/11 (luckily close by). Not 210 USD a night-service.

Small rooms. Alarm goes off when showering. After check out i realized i forgot an item in the room, but no, room was cleaned and no item. Is this a Hilton operated hotel? I am really dissapointed. Service could be alot better.

The rooms were very very small and we could hear the people in the room next to us who had tv on all night. The walls were too thin, rooms too small too close. My husband did not sleep at all. We would not stay there again.

Close to everything you want to see in NYC! Stayed here for my first trip and was pleased with the location. Rooms could have been better kept, there were stains on the curtains and sheets. Staff were friendly and changed sheets upon request, but for the price the rooms should be cleaner. Room was small but this is common for the city.

Location is great for transportation. The rooms are small but clean. Lower floors have noise from HVAC system outside. In room AC is noisy too.

The staff was super friendly and amazing. Very accommodating and quick to reply when we needed a second luggage rack in the room. It took less than 5 minutes for them to bring it to the 21st floor. The rooftop bar was awesome it became our nightly nightcap spot with beautiful views! The only small thing was the "farmhouse" doorsto the bathroom were clumsy and didn't quite close securely. (Not a big deal) Will definitely stay here next time I visit the city!!!

Check in was very smooth and I was offered two different types of rooms to choose from. Small room as they tend to be in New York but the rooms were high quality and comfortable. Also very convenient for getting to Penn station (subway / nj transit)

The beds were really comfortable and the room was so quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Liked the doorman and friendly and helpful staff too.

Overall this was a clean, okay stay. We only stayed for two nights. But nothing fancy or spectacular. The area was great, food, drinks, and shopping, all with in walking distance.
