Guest Access:
You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.

• After your reservation and prior your arrival, you will need to fill a pre check-in form (that is a requirement so you can access the property). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

• PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation.

• POOL HEATER: This property offers a pool heater for an additional price. The temperature of swimming pools varies and
highly depends on the current day and night temperatures and wind. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular pool temperature during the time of your stay. A pool may take several days to heat up and depends on the ambient temperature, water temperature, wind, rain and size of the pool. During or after periods of cold weather (esp. winter cold front) it may take longer or not really heat up until air gets warmer.

• Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
