Located just a five-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk to the CBD, this property offers easy access to local attractions. Enjoy the nearby Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, where you can experience the renowned Festival of Lights from mid-December to the end of January, along with various concerts and festivals at the natural amphitheater.

With a fully equipped kitchen, a six-seater dining table, and two spacious lounge areas, families can spread out and enjoy their own space. Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days. All properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash.
