«We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we did not receive any check-in instructions from the host. We arrived at around 3:15 PM and tried contacting the Bach team, who informed us that they were unable to reach the host.We spent nearly two hours on calls trying to resolve the issue. «Loved this little place. Perfectly set up for the kids and our dog - the kids were happy to stay and play rather than explore the local area!The hosts were very thoughtful leaving home grown fruit, homemade jams, bacon and eggs plus breakfast things. We were not expecting this, and were pleasantly surprised.The cabins were nice and warm, even in the middle of winter. We used the heaters but were able to turn them off, or on low, after an hour.We will definitely be back!»
