«We loved that this designated historic property is in a historic district - barely half a block from NYState's first senate house! - and maintains a historic "feel" while offering contemporary amenities. Loved the suite style accomodations. The friendly but unobtrusive hosts were always available to help or explain things and told us where to find dining nearby - within easy walking distance, and interesting facts about the town's development. »

«Absolutely loved this place. I typically go for a more modern spot yet the reviews and pictures were so compelling. Amazing location right in town. Quiet. So clean. Well kept. Everything you need from water jugs to big towels to wine glasses. Super comfortable bed and cozy sheets. Can’t wait to come back! »

«My wife and I stayed there because we were going to a wedding. My only complaint was that my wife and I couldn't enjoy this beautiful B & B. For a quiet, a little rustic, out of the way lodging, go there and you will be undoubtedly impressed. We're definitely going back for the Fall season. »

«We came here with our dog to celebrate our 10 year anniversary as a couple and left as fiancés! The Woodstock area is near and dear to our hearts and this rental will be our new go to spot. The location is perfect and even in the winter time, the view is stunning! We felt like we were staying in a glamorous tree house. «The cottage was clean and bright. The location was convenient to many interesting towns and attractions and was in a safe and quiet area. The bonus was the sauna that was also very clean and enjoyed by both of us. This was not a 5 star hotel but a perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th Anniversary without the disturbances typically associated with a hotel. THANK YOU!!»

«The Little Silver Guesthouse is the most adorable, well-equipped house. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The outdoor seating areas were quiet with spectacular views. The beds were super comfortable. The house was fully renovated and extremely clean. There were so many extra amenities. The location was convenient. Our hosts, Julie and Martin, were very gracious. We were greeted with a bottle of Champaign and a blueberry pie. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back! »

«Peter and Julie are excellent host with a lot of nice recommendations to the area. The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. Will definitely consider it again when we plan to visit Kingston.»

«We needed a central location for my daughter’s bridal shower. We could not have imagined a better place. It is beautiful and so natural. Glen was helpful and welcoming. He even came over to sweep off the expansive patio before our guests arrived and this was after he made sure everyone was awake. The house was well supplied with kitchen and dining items. The grounds were perfect - lawn chairs, picnic table, fire pit and free range chickens whose eggs we were able to enjoy. We would all stay here ...
