I stayed at this property with six of my employees for a work trip with some downtime mixed in, and overall it worked out very well. It was great that all seven of us had our own bedrooms, and the four bathrooms were all nicely sized. One thing I didn’t realize ahead of time (which may have been in the listing and I missed it) is that one of the bedrooms requires walking through another bedroom to reach the common areas.The indoor furniture and kitchen accessories were fine but not standout. The bar stools were different from the photos and felt a bit inexpensive, which made them slightly uncomfortable to sit on. That said, the onsite groundskeeper was extremely responsive and quickly addressed any minor issues we had.The location is excellent—easy and safe walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The outdoor common areas are a highlight: very spacious, beautifully done, and perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or gathering as a group. The pool and hot tub were warm and very enjoyable.Overall, this would be a great rental for multiple families, work trips, or wedding/bachelor party groups visiting New Orleans. If we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.
