Beautiful hotel short walk into town. Lovely view on the river. Staff top notch and restaurants and bars in the hotel are as awesome as any you’ll find in town. Definitely coming back soon

This was a perfect get away for my husbands birthday weekend. Our vacations are usually filled with tons of exploring and just being out and about, but this place was so hospitable and comfortable we practically didn’t leave the premises. We will definitely be coming back.

Guests have access to the Roof top lounge. It was wonderful. We went at night, we sat outside, they have heated and give you blankets to use. They have a full menu. The food was delish in both restaurants.

Requiring valet parking is such an inconvenience for guests. We have things in our car that we can’t get when we want them and charging us for this required. Service is an additional annoyance. Also, there were many many empty rooms yet they did not check us in until 3 PM pm

Tried switching to the river view instead of the Mountain View because the rooms on the river are more like suites. Hotel said they had availability while hotels.com said there was no more available. Booking was non refundable so had to just accept it. Been to river house a few times and will definitely return. I have to admit, it’s my first go too when staying local

Fantastic stay!
A quick friends trip around the holidays became the most lovely celebration of the season. Literally everything was perfect, from De at front desk, to the gorgeous rooms, the restaurants and best of all, somehow the vibe of the hotel makes every guest, every employee an old friend. This hotel was firing on all cylinders!

Fantastic place to stay! From the moment we arrived the valet,front desk and all other staff was very pleasant and helpful. Although our room wasn’t ready till almost check in time we made the best of the hotel. Roof bar, and dinner at Odette’s was fantastic! Great, clean room with a comfy bed and shower. Definitely will be back when the weather is warm to explore the area more and get a riverside room as well! Great stay!

Only if you’re attending the party!
The positives: The hotel was immaculate and a short walk into town. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were large with a beautiful balcony. The negatives: I was traveling with my young daughter on a Saturday night. I wish I had known there was a wedding that night. It’s a small property and the walls/ceiling shook with music/dancing so we didn’t sleep until midnight. It took well over 20 mins to check me in because I booked through hotels.com. We had just come in from 4 hours in the car and I would have appreciated a drink while I waited for them to figure it out or some acknowledgment. Instead, when I checked out, once again they said it looks like we need to charge your cc. Once again waiting for the front desk to figure out their issue.

Bad experience
Pictures look a lot better, not worth the price you paid. Dirty room, you don’t want to touch anything unless necessary. A lots of things not functioning. Super tiny bathroom and water pressure of the ceiling shower head was super low (That's the only choice, the hand held shower head was disabled). We asked for 2 pairs of slippers after get into the room, staff replied: ohh sorry there’s no slippers in your room?! We’ll send them to you. We repeated the same request to another staff 4 hours later, replied: ok we’ll bring them to you. The next morning, we called the front desk again, replied: we don’t provide this kind of amenity.

We stayed at Odette’s for a quick trip to New Hope. Odette’s is within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants on New Hope’s Main Street. The staff was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The morning of our departure, we used the bikes that they offer to take the short ride to Washington State Park and we’re glad we did. Next time we might give ourselves a little bit longer to enjoy this amenity that they offer. I wish we could say we ate at Odette’s but, sadly we chose to eat in town. The options in town were not what we had hoped. We would definitely stay there again should we travel through the area.

River House Resort
River House was a beautiful hotel! More like a resort! Our room on the second floor had a nice size terrace with gorgeous views of the Delaware River. The location was a short walk to downtown New Hope. Clean, comfortable and attention to details. Nice roof top bar, they offered blankets and had 2 fireplaces to warm the space! Restaurant was beautiful!
