«Overall, we had a great stay! The house was clean, with the exception of a few bug intruders that might just be unavoidable with such a great wooded location. The solo stove provided made for a great opportunity to make s'mores and enjoy a fire outdoors one evening. «Beautiful quaint property with many amenities and very close to downtown Lancaster and Tanger outlets while maintaining the authentic Amish charm. The hosts were super friendly. The family dog, Ellie, was super sweet and greeted us every day while playing outside. There is a lot to do that don't require screens, so it provided a nice break from the technology dominated lives we all live these days. Everything was ad advertised. «The home is great. The hosts are wonderful, accommodating, and quickly responsive to questions- they even gave food recommendations. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the heart of Amish country. The neighborhood is not great for walking, but there are sidewalks directly adjacent to the house, and you can walk safely around the block. We found hiking trails at Money Rocks County Park in the Welsh Mountains (about 30 minutes) that we did not try... yet. And we found a wonderful park within 5 minutes ...
