«Overall, we had a really nice time. The grounds were pretty, dinner was great, the restaurant/bartender were fantastic and it was a short walk to other restaurants off property. «My husband and I chose this resort for a quiet and relaxing time away and the resort did not disappoint. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained, including the beach and pool area. The room was spacious and very clean as was the whole resort. We got massages at the spa and it was amazing. The only small issue we had was at the restaurants. «We booked a two day stay for my grandson so he could use the Water Park. After enjoying the Water Park and a nice meal at the Jay Peak Inn, upon our return to the hotel, I inquired what time the Water Park opened in the morning and was told the Water Park was closed on Monday the 20th. We decided to check out the next morning and get a refund for the day we would not use and George at the front desk, who is kind of rude, told us the Park was open and refused to refund the extra day. «This was my first time using Vrbo and it was a great experience. The host was very helpful, the condo was clean, comfy, and quiet, and the location was excellent. My stay was so that I wouldn't have to deal with parking and late night driving after a concert at the BankNH Pavilion, and this was the perfect place for that - there is a short path leading from the condo complex directly to the venue. The location is also excellent for access to Lake Winnipesaukee activities.»
