«Booked the hotel in the afternoon online, arrived at 19.00 - nobody there. Reception closed and all dark! Eventually discovered a note with a phone no to call in "emergency" - suprise - answeringmachine! Then tried next phone no and a very surprised persons answered and it took her at least 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant was closed Mondays and Tuesdays, we had to head out in the dark to find somewhere to eat dinner. Was advised there had been an "staff emergency" that afternoon... However ...
«Loved the hotel .. and the communication from the staff was next level amazing .. we had a late check in and they called us and sent us a text of where to find our keys .. amazing service . The room was clean, the bed was comfy and that all u want when your tired. will be staying again next time we are that way. Thank you team»
«The hotel is in a quiet ,well maintained area ,very handy to the vineyards. It is a period convent and is a great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent.

«Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.»
