Our 14yo took over the lower floor , which has its own bathroom and kitchenette. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom and kitchen. This is a great newly remodeled housen but it is onan older / less "kept" street having said that- we never felt unsafe at all and we had no issues.
