Our holiday apartment is located at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest – in a quiet setting with a wonderful view of nature. Here, you can enjoy pure relaxation, whether as a couple or with the family. Right from the house, you can set off on beautiful hiking and cycling tours, and in winter you can reach the nearest ski areas in St. Englmar quickly. Whether you prefer relaxing days on the balcony, excursions to the treetop walk, or a visit to the Edelwies adventure park – this is the perfect starting point for unforgettable holiday experiences.

The bright and open-plan apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
A cozy bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, while a small additional room with a pull-out sofa bed provides space for children or another guest. The spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and dining table invites you to cook, play, or unwind together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as all essential kitchen utensils. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and a TV with numerous channels await you. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.

On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the greenery and let the day end in relaxation. Insect screens and shutters in all rooms ensure peaceful, undisturbed nights – in every season.

The apartment is idyllically situated on the edge of the Bavarian Forest, surrounded by meadows, woods, and peaceful scenery. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start directly at the house, with the nearby Perlbach Valley – featuring Kneipp pools and clear streams – being especially charming.

Popular destinations such as the Edelwies adventure park, the St. Englmar summer toboggan run, or the impressive treetop walk can be reached in just a few minutes by car. In winter, several ski areas in the region await you – ideal for snow lovers and families. After an eventful day, the balcony and nature views invite you to relax and unwind.

Note: The ground floor of the two-unit house is permanently rented.
