Located directly across from Netanya’s beachfront, this private five-unit complex offers a relaxing and convenient stay for families, groups, or multiple couples traveling together. With the sea just outside your door and a private pool on-site, it’s the perfect setup for shared vacations with space for everyone.

The complex includes five thoughtfully designed units:

One 3-Bedroom Apartment – Spacious and ideal for group meals or gatherings, with a full kitchen, dining area, and bright living space.

One 1-Bedroom Apartment – A quiet and comfortable retreat, complete with a kitchenette and living area.

Three Studio Units – Great for shorter stays or added privacy, each with a smart layout and modern amenities.

Guests enjoy access to a private outdoor pool, BBQ facilities, and an open-air dining space—perfect for sunset dinners or lazy afternoon lounging.

All units include essential comforts: air conditioning, WiFi, a 55- or 65-inch smart TV, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, and room-darkening shades.

With the beach promenade just steps away and shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, Netanya Beachfront Complex by Sea N’ Rent offers a rare blend of independence, comfort, and coastal charm—ideal for weekend escapes or extended group stays.

Crib/extra folding bed - available upon request only
Turn off lights and AC/heating when out
Respect neighbors by keeping noise reasonable
Primary guest must be 21 or older

In accordance with Israeli law, we need a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival.

The price does not include an 18% VAT charge which applies to Israeli citizens and/or anyone not entitled to ZERO VAT.

Guests must submit a photocopy of their passport by or before their check-in date.

Check-in instructions will be provided once documents are received and/or VAT has been paid if relevant.
