The cosy Gipfelgold apartment (50 m²) delights with a stunning view of the Zugspitze and a spacious east-facing balcony – perfect for relaxed mornings. It accommodates up to four guests and features a separate bedroom plus a sofa bed with a real mattress. The fully equipped kitchen provides comfort, and the bathtub offers a nice opportunity to unwind.



A wallbox for electric vehicles is available (charges apply, upon request by the owner).



You can reach the centre of Nesselwang in a 5-minute walk, and the Alpspitz cable car is just 10 minutes away.



As a KÖNIGSCARD guest, you can enjoy more than 200 activities in the region free of charge!



The Space:

The apartment is ideal for up to four guests and features a cosy living kitchen with a dining area as well as a comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress. A separate bedroom with a double bed offers additional privacy and a place to unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after an active day.



A washing machine is available free of charge (upon request by the owner).



A highlight of the apartment is the wide panoramic view over Nesselwang and the surrounding mountain landscape all the way to the Zugspitze. The apartment is set on an elevated spot yet remains close to the centre – cafés, restaurants and shops are just a five-minute walk away. The natural garden of Haus Hindelang provides a habitat for many bird species and adds to the peaceful, harmonious atmosphere.



Guest Access:

A key safe is available for your check-in, allowing you to arrive whenever it suits you. Free parking is provided directly at the accommodation.

You will receive additional information about your arrival and check-in one day before your stay.

The apartment is situated on an elevated spot yet close to the centre – it’s just a five-minute walk to cafés, restaurants and shops.

In Nesselwang, the following visitor’s tax applies and must be paid either in advance or upon arrival:

- Adults aged 16 and over: €2.10 per night

- Children aged 6 to 15: €1.00 per night

- Children under 6: exempt from visitor’s tax



An EV charging wallbox is available. Use is possible by prior arrangement with the owner, and billing is handled directly on site.



The washing machine is located in the basement and can be used after a brief arrangement with the owner.
