Dear Gerry,Thank you for your comment. However, we must inform you that the rooms, which we understand may not be to your taste, are not old at all, as the hotel was completely renovated in 2021. Regarding the towels, we would like to mention that they are continuously replaced. As for the A/C, if you had any issues with it, you should have informed us, as we have not had any reported malfunctions in recent months. Perhaps, as has happened with some guests, you might not have set the remote control to the correct position. A simple notification to the staff would have been sufficient, and we would have gladly resolved it.Best regards.

As you mentioned, in December, we experienced unusually high temperatures, especially during the day. Our central air conditioning system is already set to winter mode during these months, providing warm air at night to make the colder nights more comfortable. Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch to cooling during the day and heating at night.Regarding the unpleasant odor, it was due to a temporary blockage in the plumbing system, which has been addressed in recent days, along with the presence of some ants. This issue has been resolved through preventive fumigation of all rooms.We sincerely apologize for your negative experience.Best regards.

We regret that you rated us a 2.It's a shame that there are certain customers who take advantage of any opportunity to try to get a free stay at hotels. In your case, you opened a complaint with Expedia because OUTSIDE the hotel premises, the official booth for the Nerja fair was being set up. These were activities unrelated to the hotel, and furthermore, they did not interfere with your rest or the use of our facilities, which were operating normally every day.
