Jolie villa rustique et typique au calme
Très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, aller à la plage à pied. Il faudrait seulement huiler les portes de la chambre du rez-de-chaussée. Excellent séjour.

Muy deficiente
La casa necesita arreglos. Puertas que no cierran,muebles con telarañas,un solo baño para 6 personas es poco. Luces en la fachada y en el jardín que no funciona, por lo cual por la noche no se podía utilizar el jardín.La ducha de la piscina rota.Un camino de acceso a la casa,lleno de baches y poco transitable, el coche al sol todo el día,podría tener un tejado . En fin necesita muchos arreglos para poder disfrutar de ella . La parte de la barbacoa tampoco funciona las luces.

Buenas, ante todo gracias por su comentario, nos sirve para mejorar las instalaciones. En primer lugar, las luces de fuera y fachada si funcionan, se encienden de un interruptor que hay al lado de la mesa de la barbacoa quizás no se dieron cuenta y la ducha también funciona, en todo caso podría usted haber avisado de esos fallos en el momento y se le hubiese arreglado al instante como hemos hecho siempre que hay algún problema con todos los cliente. Respecto a las telarañas, salen de un día para otro puesto que la propiedad está en el campo. Un saludo.

Todo estupendo
Muy buena casa rural. Muy cerca de la playa ( se puede ir andando perfectamente) con un gran jardin y una piscina estupenda. Con los anfitriones genial, para cualquier duda estaban disponibles y con una sombrilla que se rompió el reemplazo fue casi inmediato. Muy recomendable.

Belle decouverte
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja (Andalousie) et ses environs (Marbella, Malaga, ...). La propriété est très calme et agréable à y vivre avec de grandes chambres, une cuisine avec l'électroménager nécessaire.

Excellent séjour
Jolie propriété originale , très propre et bien équipée. Un jardin très fleuri, agréable avec de nombreux coins pour se protéger du soleil. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine en mars 😀 le propriétaire a été très souple et sympa pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette location.

Peaceful and Private Villa
Great value. Rustic Spanish atmosphere. Well kept garden and pool. Very private and peaceful but just 25 minute walk along the beach front to Nerja (5 minute drive). Nerja has the best beaches and a huge number of restaurants and bars.

Hotels for us next time
The property is very nice and has some stunning features. The outside space was beautiful, the pool was great and frequently used in the very hot weather. However, the lack of basic essentials let’s it down. Sounds picky but there were no large drinking glasses, no tea towels, no plugs to fill the sink, only 1 fan for the 3 bedrooms (as there is no air conditioning) very basic bathroom and hardly any hot water, not great for 5 adults in the heat! We’ve lived and holidayed in Spain for many years and know that hot water can be a problem at times so maybe a bit harsh there. The property could be absolutely stunning with a little TLC as most things inside seem very old, and more thought about what guests need during their stay. That said, Location was great, 20 mins or so walk to Nerja centre, 5 mins walk to the beach (near Marinas de Nerja) where buses also ran regularly to Nerja costing only €1.20. We had a very nice holiday but was also pleased to have a warm shower back in the UK on our return!

Nice villa but lacking essentials
The villa is very private and very quiet, which is lovely. The beach is just a five minute walk away, and the surrounding roads are good for running. The pool was excellent, although not very big. We struggled with the heat at night, there are no fans in the villa, no air con, and no screens on the windows so we were plagued by mosquitos our entire stay. The shower in the bathroom is awful, it isn’t even a proper shower head, it’s a small handle with most of the holes not working and it doesn’t even stay on the wall, and if the water pressure from the tap gets too low (when you actually try to make it hot) it turns off. We did complain that it didn’t work and the man came to check it, but the only solution he offered was to take cold showers to keep the water pressure higher. We were provided a couple of fans by the hosts after requesting them. I think if the basics were fixed (provide an actual shower!) and there were screens so you could at least open the windows without being eaten by mosquitoes then this villa would be much better.

Beautiful
As a family of 5, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Emilia. The property is located down a dirt track, but Emilia provided very accurate instructions of how to get there with a map showing the exact location. The outside of this property is truly beautiful. The pool/garden/bbq was enjoyed by us all and we spent every single day around it, the children had so much fun. Just a little tip though, as you are surrounded by farmland like area, I would suggest bringing mosquitos spray as we did get eaten alive. The inside of the property has a rustic feel, the shutters, stained glass windows and front door are beautiful. It was adequately equipped for us all, but if I could make one small suggestion, it would be that the shower hose could be higher, because at the moment you have to hold the hose to wash yourself down rather stand underneath it, but this wasn’t a major issue for us. The property is situated around an avocado plantation and surrounding farm like area. Because of this unfortunately you do hear animals and dogs barking all throughout the night, you can mostly hear this on the 3rd floor, so just a little tip to bring ear plugs. This is nothing the owner can control and it didn’t bother us too much. We did get to see horses and goats along the dirt track, which the children loved. To get into Nerja Town Centre you can either walk along the road walkway or along the beach which was around 30 min. The big supermarket was also around 30 walk along the road walkway Emilia herself was super helpful and answered all questions very promptly. This property is great for the price and we will definitely be returning next year!

La casa está bien, piscina un poco pequeña Si pongo 3 de puntuación..es por la actitud de la anfitriona Entiendo q cuando entras a una casa .te debe ensañar las estancias.manejo electrodomésticos. etc Nosotros cuando dejamos la casa dejamos papel higiénico.q tampoco habia .q menos para los próximos q entrarán. Dejamos aceite. La playa no está a 300m como se indica.. Tb he de comentar q el calentador no funcionaba pero les llamamos y lo solucionaron enseguida Resumiendo: La estancia en general muy bien Pero han de mejorar.

Podría tener mayor mantenimiento
La ubicación y la casa en sí, nos gusto muchísimo. Si es verdad que la zona exterior es preciosa y muy agradable durante el día, cuando llega la noche no hay luces, por lo que hay que estar dentro de la casa, una pena. Por otro lado, la limpieza no era muy buena, se veía que no estaba limpia y falta bastante mantenimiento. Ni que decir tiene el día de la llegada, con la calor que hacia y dos niños de 3 años deseando meterse en la piscina y no pudimos usarla hasta el día siguiente porque estaba con productos. Creo que deberían de tenerla mejor cuidada, y más limpia, más ahora en los tiempos que corren.

Das Haus liegt schön in einer Avocadoplantage außerhalb von dem schönen Ort Nerja! Das Haus selber war von der Aufteilung gut, Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und bedarf einer sehr gründlich Grundreinigung! Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr alt.

Freundliche & fürsorgliche Vermieter, rustikales Haus (hat Updates notwendig), schöner Außenbereich
Die Vermieter waren immer sehr gut erreichbar und haben uns bei allen Angelegenheiten geholfen oder Probleme gewissenhaft gelöst (Bereitstellung eines Baby-Betts, Pool-Wasser wurde grün, Waldbrand in der Nähe). Einige Updates oder Besorgungen sind nötig: Neue Matratzen, richtige Bettdecken, neue Auflagen für die Liegen, mehr Geschirr (zum Beispiel gibt es nur 6 Teller), Entfernung Wespennest im Eingang, Verbesserung der WLAN Verbindung, Möglichkeit auch drinnen gemeinsam mit sechs Personen an einem Tisch zu sitzen. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist in der Beschreibung angegeben, jedoch ist sie nicht vorhanden. Nicht alle Bilder sind aktuell. Darüber hinaus könnte der Fernseher (Reciever geht nicht) und die Hausklingel repariert werden. Leider ist die Toiletten-Spülung extrem laut. An manchen Stellen des Hauses war es staubig und es befanden sich in manchen Betten fremde Haare. Beim Check-In hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass uns alles im Haus kurz gezeigt wird. Wir ein paar wichtige Infos mitbekommen (zum Besispiel: Müllentsorgung, Haltestelle Bus, gute Restaurants). Und wir eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Bezahlung bekommen hätten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht 30 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt laufen möchte. Es gibt auch erst dort einen Bäcker. Restaurants befinden sich in guter Nähe. Je nach dem 10 - 30 Minuten Gehweg. Allerdings ist die Straße zum Haus nur mit einem Geländewagen sinnvoll und abends/nachts ist es dunkel, da es keine Laternen gibt. Es gibt einen Stadtbus. Dieser fährt alle Stunde und macht mittags Pause. Die Haltestelle ist direkt an der Hauptstraße. Nerja bietet schöne Shopping-Passagen und tolle Ausblicke. 30 Minuten Gehweg dorthin. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Guter Pool, schöne Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten und eine nette Grillstation. Bis auf ein paar bellende Hunde ist es sehr ruhig und der Strand nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Steinschuhe für im Meer sind empfehlenswert.

Great villa
Don't expect 5 star, but this is real value for money. Great outside area and pool, surrounded by avocado and banana trees. You feel you are right in the country, but with the benefit of being able to walk down the beach path to the Balcon (30 mins), or get the bus from the Hotel Marinas de Nerja (5 mins walk) or a taxi (8 euros). There are a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Truly private and relaxing, and good communication with the owner. We will be back!

Superschönes Häuschen mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Das Haus liegt an einem ausgetrockneten Flussbett in einer Avocadoplantage. In der Nachbarschaft liegen weitere Ferienhäuser von denen man aber nicht viel mitkriegt. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Haus sind wunderschön, vor allem der Aussengrill mit Waschbecken macht viel Spass. Die Einrichtung kann man als Basic bezeichnen, die Möbel sind alle etwas klapprig, die Küchenausstattung lässt einige Wünsche offen. So haben wir zum Beispiel eine Spülmaschine vermisst (die war aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung). Insgesamt hattten wir viel Spass und einen erholsamen Urlaub vor allem im Pool und beim Grillen. In der Nähe leben einige Hunde, die in der Nacht manches Heulkonzert veranstalten. Der Strand mit Bars und einem großen Hotel ist fussläufig in ca. 800m erreichbar. Die Innenstadt mit Boutiquen und Restaurants ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Ein Auto ist hilfreich für Ausflüge.

Entspannter Urlaub
Einen sehr entspannten Urlaub konnten wir mit Hund erleben. Der Garten mit Pool ist einfach klasse und als Hobby-Koch habe ich die Grillstation mit Waschbecken und Arbeitsplatte geschätzt. Das Holz zum Grillen habe ich mir vom Strand oder aus der Umgebung geholt. Die naheliegende Sierra de Malaga wartet darauf entdeckt zu werden, und es lohnt sich :-) Wir haben tolle Menschen kennengelernt, die uns ihre Erzeugnisse verkauft haben. Gemüse, Obst, Käse, Olivenöl und Wein- da braucht man kein Supermarkt. Und die Bergstraßen sind sind der Hammer, der Ausblick runter zur Küste kann man kaum in Worte fassen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und immer bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Im Haus können sechs Leute super urlauben. Wir hätten ein zweites Bad benötigt ( drei Frauen halt ). Gerade die oberen Zimmer bieten ein tolles Licht und sind sehr schön- auch die Aussicht hat uns gefallen. Das Treppenhaus ist für ältere Menschen ggf. zu steil. Insgesamt eine schöne Urlaubsadresse die wir sehr gerne wieder buchen werden. Gerade Urlauber mit Hund finden hier eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Lovely old house in nice grounds
Really lovely old villa clean and comfortable. Only things for improvement: Can you put in soft white LED light bulbs instead of the cold white you have now. Bed sheets, cotton please and duvet covers rather than just sheets. Bath seems to be leaking a bit and plug a bad fit. All in all a great place in a handy peaceful location for Nerja. Would stay again.
