Tout était parfait, emplacement,propreté,commodité des lieux ! Seul léger léger bémol, le matelas de la chambre principale un peu inconfortable pour 2 personnes, mais c’est un détail car le séjour fut parfait !
We loved the condo and the area. Highly recommend, great for us older people because the elevator and easy access to everything. The neighborhood was so nice, restaurants, shops and everyone is so friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay in Anita’s apartment. Very well appointed throughout with a balcony offering stunning views of the beach and mountains. The apartment is located in a secure and picturesque gated complex a short walk to various beaches and numerous bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned home from a lovely week in Nerja. Apartment is in a great location with everything you could possibly need. Very welcomed air conditioning and no noise from the restaurants around. We would highly recommend. Lots of amenities in the area if you don’t want to walk too far.
The property was very spacious and spotlessly clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the in Nerja condo with beach view. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and at night. Having a pool and a beach near were a must on our list. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a great extra! Thanks so much for sharing your condo.
Great location, lovely interior / decor completed in high quality and very comfortable apartment. Very spacious. The view is particularly nice and a few lovely restaurants on your doorstep with the busy centre of Nerja a five minute walk away. We visited four beaches during our stay and all within walking distance! Brilliant!
Just spent a relaxing week in this lovely apartment. Anita is an extremely helpful host and ensured that cleaning all completed before we arrived which was earlier than the normal check-in. The apartment itself is finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony with comfy seating overlooking the plaza and the sea. The area is ideal with excellent reasuarants and close to everything. We would happily stay again.
Well appointed apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Albeit in a bustling atmospheric location it was not to intrusive. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down over the sea. The owners Anita and Chris were very helpful. Would recommend this apartment to family and friends.
This property is fantastic. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was immaculate. Great position with lovely sea views. Quiet but close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the town and 20 minutes to Burriana beach (but closest beach is only a couple of minutes). Anita,the owner, provides easy to follow instructions for check in and out, and information about the property. We will definitely be booking here again

We’ve visited Nerja several times. This was the best apartment but worst weather. Of the 3 weeks 2 were very wet & cool and the last week some sunshine and warmer. The apartment was great. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The amenities are very good. We didn’t get a chance to spend time on the terrace due to the weather. Exceptional provision of info regarding use of apartment appliances etc, and also restaurants, getting around and travel. Also info re local attractions. The location of the Fuentes apartments is brilliant wit immediate access to shops, beaches, restaurants and bars and only a short walk to town centre. We would readily stay again but at different time of year.

Nice place to stay in Nerja
We were a family of for adults. Everything was as it was described on website. We used the swimming pool every day even if the opening hours were not most comfortable.We had problems only with accessing the apartment: The main gate was closed when we arrived and it was closed all the time (24/7) during our 5 days stay. Arriving first time, we could go in the area only with help of nearby bar keeper. The "only one keys in use" principle doesn't work well with a group of for adults having partly separate programs and time tables. It was very easy to communicate with Anita. The location was very near of the see and many restaurants etc.
Amazing apartment, location and everything for a great stay
This property was exactly how it looked on the pictures. Check in was so easy with a key lock box and communication with the owners was quick and efficient.
The location is amazing with being so close to the centre of the town and the beach. There were restaurants right below the apartment if you did not want to walk into town.
We found the beach was better than burriana and had plenty of room even this time of year.
We loved to sit on the balcony each night and people watch and there was always something entertaining going on in the square.
The pool was great for my teenagers and big enough to do handstands etc but no inflatables aloud.
We would stay here again in a heart beat as it had everything needed for a family holiday. We didn’t cook but they had everything you needed in the kitchen.

This apartment is accurately advertised-«location, location« my husband and I stayed for 6 weeks and came to love the area, the beautiful plaza, the restaurants literally at our feet, the ease of shopping and access to wonderful walks just outside our door. While we liked being not far from Balcón Europa, we were pleased to be a little distant.
The apartment itself is in a lovely complex, attractively furnished and the curtains afforded us privacy and cosiness on cool evenings. We did not use the pool so no comments there. Heating worked quite well, there are no problems with hot water. We did find the mattress a little hard and the floors cold when the weather was cool. The kitchen is a little small, so that and the tiny fridge required some adjustment for us. We were there 6 weeks, so we did quite a bit of cooking and washing, probably way more than most renters would.
Communication with the owner was really great. Anita answered any request promptly and satisfactorily, which sometimes made all the difference. J
Every bit as well appointed and comfortable as the pictures show, and in many areas even better - it is clear that Anita & Chris have not skimped in how the apartment has been finished.
Great communication all the way through. In fact, we had one issue that needed to be rectified and Anita & Chris, plus John and the team at Burriana Properties couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. We were kept up to date at all times and a practical solution was quickly sorted. As always, it's often how the unexpected is dealt with that really can make or break a trip and our experience shows you can absolutely trust that the owners and managers care that you have a great stay.
The location has loads going for it - we were grateful to be slightly out of the busiest part of town (especialy in August) but it was still only a short walk to get there plus there is plenty on your doorstep for the lazier days.
I would say, unless you have mobility issues, there is no need to hire a car, especially in peak months. Nerja traffic can be very slow, while the whole town is walkable from the apartment. Apart from airport transfers (info helpfully shared by Anita) we only used a taxi twice - once to get to Playa Burriana and, because of traffic, it took longer than the times we walked it!
A perfect location for our teenage daughter and her friend, as the easy access to the town and beaches meant they could safely be independent when they wanted to be.
All in all great value!

Zunächst: das Apartment selbst ist hervorragend, die positive Beschreibung sowie die anderen positiven Bewertung sind zutreffend.
Zwei Dinge haben uns gestört:
1. Die Kette von Restaurants im Erdgeschoß des Apartment-Komplexes sorgt ab Mittag bis in den späten Abend für einen relativ hohen Geräuschpegel und für Essensgerüche aller Art besonders auf dem Balkon, aber auch in der Wohnung selbst.
2. Ein echtes Ärgernis ist die Parksituation. Bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung ist unter "Ausstattungsmerkmale - Parken" "Parkplatz" angegeben. In diesem Zusammenhang verstehe ich darunter einen Parkplatz, der dieser Wohnung exklusiv zugeordnet ist, z.B. in einer Tiefgarage. So einen Parkplatz gibt es aber nicht. Statt dessen gibt es in der Umgebung der Wohnung eine Vielzahl öffentlicher Parkplätze, die aber aufgrund der Strandnähe praktisch alle belegt sind, besonders an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns jedes Mal auf eine kürzere oder längere Parkplatzsuche begeben mussten, im Extremfall einmal 45 Minuten lang, gefolgt von einem längeren Fußmarsch zur Wohnung. Das Ausstattungsmerkmal "Parkplatz" ist schlichtweg unzutreffend und muss meiner Meinung nach geändert werden.
