«The twin bedded property was what we wanted. Pedro is a very helpful host- does not overwhelm you with details but is always available with assistance or advice when needed. Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.»

«Our entire family stayed at this beautiful house. It has the perfect location right next to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach (Note: it's a steep hill so a great workout on the way back!). Our 4 year old and 10 month old loved this spot along with their grandparents and parents. The owners were very responsive to anything that came up (lightbulbs, A/C, taxi from/to airport). We would recommend this place to anyone interested in this area!»

«Such a homely, comfortable villa in the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano area. It was very quiet out of season which is just how we like it! The private balcony meant that we could sunbathe daily and then use the very efficient pellet burner to take any chill off inside when the sun went down. Weekly service of new bedding and towels was a lovely surprise as we hadn't read it in the blurb 😊 Would very highly recommend it and hope to stay again.»

«We loved staying at Zoe and Nigel's house in Maro. The house is a gem, clean with a well supplied kitchen. Maro is cute, quiet village close to Nerja, Frigiliana and other sights. Highly recommend taking the drive east down the coast road (340) to Salobreña. Rivals Big Sur and Hwy 1 in many places. We had a great visit and time.»

«A fantastically equipped and clean holiday home that was a perfect base to explore the area from. The rooftop terrace was the highlight proving to be a great spot to sunbathe and to watch the sunset from. The complex of San Juan was really well maintained and the pool area was really good. Martina was a great host and really quick to reply to any queries we had. We will be recommending Casa Mar to other families we know wanting to visir Nerja.»

The location is absolutely perfect because it is an easy walk to almost everything - beaches, groceries, restaurants, take-out places, and gelato - yet it is away from streets that are busy with ambling tourists, shopping stalls, and eating establishments. «Leiligheten var romslig og bra. Posiltivt var at det var TV med mange kanaler - både NRK1 og TV2. Gratis VI/FI var også bra. Kjøkkenet var brukbart utstyrt og med stort og godt kjøleskap. Sengen var forferdelig hard, den dårligsgte vi har ligget på noen gang. Måtte delvis ligge på sofaen på stuen pga. vond rygg i den altfor harde sengen. En god overmadrass hadde sikret god nattesøvn. Lite lyd og støy om natten - bra. Kunne tenkt oss tilbake dit, men ikke til den sengen.»
