«Veldig hyggelige i resepsjonen.»

«It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great.»

«Good service and room for the price.»

«Staff and hotel were amazing»

«Was planning on switching hotels half way during my stay in Singapore, but ended up here the whole trip. I am a frequent Singapore traveller, and believe my benchmark for giving this hotel 5 stars is quite good. The rooms are spacious, staff attentive and the facilities hold a high standard. The roof top pool is excellent with amazing views. I prefer boutique hotels over the large alternatives that Asia offers. In my experience it means better service, but some amenities cannot for obvious ...

«Too expensive. Wifi is very slow and at times not working. Pluss for smart tv in the room. But sometimes also not working. »

«There are nice outdoor areas, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. This hotel is probably best suited for families with children. Check-in takes quite a while, mainly because the hotel is very large and has many rooms. This is also noticeable at breakfast, which can feel crowded and hectic due to the large number of families staying at the resort. For me personally, it felt a bit too much like a tourist machine. The overall atmosphere was busy, crowded, and somewhat stressful ...
