Villaer i Nedre Hudson Valley

«We are visiting from CA and had some of our family meet us here. Gorgeous home that comfortably fit all of us for some quality family time. The beds were cozy and the kitchen well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the property running in the fields, catching fireflies, watching movies and playing board games. Lots of great hiking trails in the area too. Really enjoyed our time and would absolutely stay here again!»

«After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is ...

«Our stay was great. The house is new and amazing. The host was responsive and answered any questions we had. There a few things I would note: the living room gets very sunny and the glare of the ice on the lake made it a bit hard to stay in there. The suana and hot tub were not clean and we couldn’t use them. »

«We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. »
