«This is an adorable inn located a very short walking distance from downtown Kingston. The rooms are beautifully maintained and still have a lot historical charm to them. The room comes with parking but there are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Everything is well labeled and maintained. We had a lovely time and hope the come back soon.»

«Liked we had a room away from the main building which was quiet and had a private porch. Charming decor with antiques. We really enjoyed the breakfast room and meeting the other guests in the morning and exchanging information on local sites and restaurants. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day. We loved sitting on the porch for breakfast and evening drinks. Getting AC to run consistently was a challenge.»

«I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.»
