«The hotel has room that need to be renovated to be honest. It has plumbing issues. I saw water leaked from the ceiling in the corridor. The buffet is ok, but I think they just have to allow guests to get their own coffee to be more efficient. A coffee machine is the solution.»

«Location is great. View of 2 of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the room. View of everything for the rooftop. Very helpful staff. Clean. Good bathroom. Price was really reasonable, and plenty of restaurants around. Ticket office for the pyramides is in front of the hotel reception. Not a top score for me because it was very noisy both from outside but also inside the hotel, and the room was very cold. »

«Very close to the airport and a major mall. Customer service from walking in through the stay until check-out was outstanding and highly personalised (thank you, Hasan, at the front desk).
