The apartment VAL DE RUDA B52, DERA MONTJÒIA, is situated in the exclusive Val de Ruda complex, right at the start of the gondola that leads to the Baqueira Beret ski resort.

Layout

The Val de Ruda B52, dera Montjòia apartment, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is arranged on a single floor. It includes a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and access to a small balcony.

The sleeping area consists of a spacious master suite with a private bathroom and two additional bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a bunk bed and a single bed (accommodating three people). Additionally, there is a second bathroom serving these two bedrooms.

The rental includes a parking space and a ski locker within the same complex, conveniently located under the gondola access to the Baqueira ski resort.

Upon arrival, a small cleaning kit (cloth, sponge, dish cleaner) and a toiletries kit (small shampoo, shower gel, and bar of soap), as well as a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, will be provided.
