«Beautiful facility, all the amenities, rooms, restaurants, etc. Every single staff member we met were smiling, happy to be there, and eager to be of help, or to give a kind word. I loved the system for identifying if room was occupied or not, so that housekeeping could easily service room. Room service was always on time, and every item we asked for was there, along with ones we didn’t think to ask for…this was nice on those early mornings, and mornings we got to sleep in a bit and be lazy. ...

«Wow!! Luxurious and super clean room. All the amenities you’d want and more. Not sure if they did have local tv or cable, I was able to download and log into my YouTubeTV account on the Roku smart tv. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They put earplugs on each side of the bed, didn’t know why at first. In the morning it was noise coming from machinery outside. I could also hear the people above us walking, taking and playing music. Thin floors I guess. Overall I would stay here again.»

«This is the second time we stayed at the Thompson Washington D.C. We really appreciated the staff and everyone was friendly. Monique provided immediate assistance in fixing our safe and addressing another small issue. The breakfast was excellent and Allan, Lulu, and Andrew were extremely friendly and a great way to start the day with their greeting. The location is excellent and close to the metro or within walking distance if you choose. We will definitely return again when in DC!»
