«We loved our stay! We traveled from out of town to view the aquarium with our four month old. We decided on this hotel since it was close walking distance, and looked clean. The breakfast was included, and the valet parking was nice! We felt comfortable and happy with our stay.»

«Very disappointing experience.
The room was not in acceptable condition. Not even close. The bedding was dirty and heavily stained, there were cigarette burns throughout the bedding, the couch was stained, and the door lock appeared damaged and did not feel secure. I felt extremely unsafe. I took photos of the condition of the room and did not stay overnight. Instead, Ireported the condition of the room immediately to Expedia and had to find other accommodations. I was extremely disappointed ...

«I booked thru Expedia. I messaged the property thru Expedia to advise I would be arriving on an overnight train so would arrive late and asked that they hold the room. I paid in full, in advance, for 2 nights. I arrived at the check in and the overnight clerk said they gave the room away. It was 530 am and my son and I had nowhere to go. It was awful. I have tried to get refunded thru Expedia but have received no refund. The worst hotel experience and Expedia experience I have ever had. All ...

«Really bad area. Drug addicts wandering around outside, at one point one of them were inside the lobby. Room smelled horrendous. Very bad breakfast with few options. At one point when I returned to my room there was a bag in my room. Turns out one of the employees decided to use the room, I got another room that was way worse. Smelled and was really hot. Very shady area. Don’t recommend this hotel to families or young women»
