Some of our favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadie’s. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

The Jolene VRBO is absolutely lovely with every available accessory needed for a quick getaway. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. Great Place. Great Stay.

We have stayed at many VRBOs. This one was by far at the top of our list. Ten of us stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday-- four nights. We were greeted with a welcome basket with coffee, wine, a stuffed animal and various other notions. This is probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at. We loved the layout. The seating area was most important to us since we were staying over the holiday. We had plenty of seating. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and comfortable. We had more than enough towels. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for this group. Very nice neighborhood, and we felt safe. We could put one car in the garage. The others had to be parked on the street, but space was easy to find close by if not in front of the unit. Although we did not need anything during our stay, communication with the host company was great prior to check-in. They also checked on us during our stay to see if we had any needs. Only draw back would be if you have trouble with stairs. There are a lot of stairs to get from street level to living area. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great family weekend!

The house was perfect for our needs and being able to use the garage was a plus. Plenty of room for the 10 of us with enough bathrooms for great privacy. Close to Belmont for our daughter’s show and just as close to all the restaurants on 12 South. Wonderful stay!

Family christmas

We loved the Edgehill property for our family christmas gathering. Perfect setup of bedrooms. Very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with owners. There were a few more stairs than I had thought, but we all got our excercise that week. We do a lot of cooking and there was a well stocked kitchen.

Great property for our group

Our stay at the Jolene property was perfect for our group of 4 siblings and their spouses who are in the 65+ age range. Each couple enjoyed their own space with a full bath in each bedroom. The common areas were very comfortable and we enjoyed the space to relax between our outings each day and evening. Though we did not cook full meals, we enjoyed the kitchen area for light breakfasts and afternoon snacks. Parking in the garage (only could fit one vehicle and no parking allowed in the driveway) was a challenge in the evening as neighborhood visitors park on the street making entry and exit a challenge on a few occasions. Communication with the host before, during, and after was prompt and helpful. I would recommend this property and hope to return.

Fun Family Time!

Weekend away for cousins to celebrate a birthday. Perfect layout with three levels so that there was enough privacy. Clean and well-stocked with nice toiletries and plenty of linens. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great for extended family gathering!

The location was central to all of the areas we had planned to visit during this visit. The layout of the unit was great for allowing some privacy with the great room providing the perfect gathering area for meals and card games around the huge farmhouse table. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

INCREDIBLE PLACE!

This place is absolutely fantastic. It's very spacious – even bigger than the photos look. We used the sauna almost every day and loved the open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. The dining table was gorgeous, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and pristine. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any friends and family going to Nashville. There are enough things within walking distance (coffee etc) and it's a short uber ride from downtown, 12 South, or East Nashville. 10/10 stars! I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was one of my very favorites.

Jolene hits all the right notes

Jolene was a big hit with our gathering of women of multiple ages to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! The location was great. The house was beautifully decorated. There was a small issue with garage door openers not being available but the owners gave us a solution that worked for us. Know that there are ALOT of stairs if you are traveling with an older crowd! Some of us went way over our step goals carrying luggage up & down and got unintended workouts in!

Extended family weekend

I have stayed at several Vacation rental properties in the Nashville area and hands down, this property felt the most like home. It was welcoming and had everything we could possibly need. Our hosts had refrigerator stocked with essential condiments, water and complimentary bottle of wine! Ample toiletries and paper products. Comfortable beds with luxury linens and full bath for every bedroom. WE WILL STAY AGAIN!
