The kitchen is also fully stocked if you want to cook at home. Just a short drive to all the great food, drinks, and nightlife in East Nashville and just over five miles to downtown, this home is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood.

No pets allowed.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole home.

The home is located in The Rosebank Area of East Nashville. Down home neighborhood vibes but just a short drive to all the local hotspots.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of room for multiple vehicles in the driveway but UBER and LYFT are also always readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. No parties anytime.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.

Host will be available if needed 7 days a week 8am-5pm.
