We were pleased to find this hotel located about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville, which offered a convenient and quieter alternative to staying in the city center. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and friendly, which we appreciated.
There were, however, a few issues during our stay. The door to our room was difficult to open and required multiple attempts, even with assistance from staff. While the room itself appeared clean, the television was not functioning, and the bed made a noticeable squeaking sound with movement. We also overheard other guests mentioning they had to change rooms more than once due to cleanliness concerns.
Breakfast offered a good variety, including waffles, bagels, sausage, eggs, biscuits, fruit, cereal, and diced potatoes. However, the powdered eggs were somewhat runny.
Overall, the staff’s friendliness stood out to us and also a great place for a last minute weekend trip. 😊
