Fullt møblert ned til badehåndklær og sengetøy. Home er bygget og innredet i 2016 med verandaen og over 100 kvadrat ft tilbake dekk pluss lavere nivå uteplass. Rikelig med roaming rundt plass til å spre store grupper! 5 minutter til sentrum av Nashville, fem poeng, Titans 'stadion og Bondens marked. 10 minutter til Broadway!

Nevnte jeg forresten at vi har 4 komplette bad? Ikke undervurder viktigheten av dette med stor gruppe når det gjelder tid til å gå ut! :-)

The house looked good on paper but the reality was very different. The entire house was poorly cleaned, the furnishings, especially the kitchen ware, were cheap and many were falling apart. Area rugs were curling up. The amount of bath and kitchen towels was inadequate. Lights were out throughout the house. The walk up to the house had a wooden platform which was falling apart. We notified the owner of the problems.

Lots of room and everyone had a bathroom.

Lots of room, everyone had a bathroom. I wasn't thrilled with the location. The TV and sound bar were a constant pain in the butt. Excellent communications with owner, that was much appreciated.

First Time Girls trip

Jaison and Kat have a beautiful home in East Nashville! It was just what we were looking for in a short weekend with 10 girls! Plenty of space and an easy uber ride to broadway and local attractions! Jaison and Kat went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend we all enjoyed them opening their home to us!

Great floorplan with enough room for everyone!

Jaison was great to work with. Allowed us to store our luggage until the evening of our departure and answered all questions promptly. We had 4 couples in our group and everyone had their private space. Home had nice hardwood floors, was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Broadway was a bit farther than we had hoped, but Uber was convenient. Great vacation, Nashville we will be back!!

Fantastic House!!

This house was perfect for our staff house while we were in town. We were able to ample amount of space to conduct our staff meetings as well as space to move around for some quiet solo time. Great location and the floorplan and decor are all modern and gives the home a nice cozy welcoming feeling! We will definitely consider this home for future options!

Amazing time in Nashville!

This house is absolutely stunning! With a large group of ladies, I had doubts a large house would be able to accommodate all the showers, mirrors, beds and wine drinking we required but this place had it all and was SO CUTE! The best part: hot water in seconds so no one had to wait or do without! It also had all the supplies for regular eating-in: wine glasses, plates, bowls, coffee cups etc. All you need is the food/drink and you're all set!

Perfect!

This house was perfect for my large Bachelorette Party group. It is also very nicely decorated. We have a blast in Nashville which literally took less than 10 minutes to get to from the house. I would love to do it all over again!

Great time in Nashville

The home is really nice and accommodated 19 ladies very well. The neighborhood is transitioning to newer homes so we were surprised at the location at first, but, met many of the neighbors and everyone was super nice. The owner, Jaison, was super wonderful to work with and is right on top of any requests or needs. Would stay there again and highly recommend the rental. Uber was an easy way to get around, we rented 2 vans but found ourselves Ubering a lot. It was a safe and easy way to get around. If our girls trip was to nashville again we would stay here for sure.

Amazing!!

This home was exactly as listed on the site and more!! Everything was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the chance to visit and mingle in such a lovely environment. My family and I were able to mingle and visit with each other and were also able to enjoy private time with puzzles and knitting and crocheting while sitting around the huge family table. The only down side was the parking situation. We had many vehicles because of family coming and going. It seemed to peak the interest of neighbors as we took group pictures. It was overall a fabulous trip and the awesome gathering point made it all possible. Thank you, thank you!!!!

Beautiful home, easy to get to

The house was beautiful and was very spacious with bedrooms throughout the home. The owner was quick to respond to any email I had and gave suggestions for restaurants and small planning details. If we ever return I will definitely be contacting them!

Great home!

We had so much fun in Nashville and the house was wonderful. The kitchen was equipped for all of our needs and the house was much more spacious than we anticipated. The deck and grill were a nice addition to the house. Jaison was great to work with and very prompt in answering all of our questions. Our group took an Uber downtown with ease. We line danced at the Wildhorse and had a blast. Thank you!!

Beautiful House, Welcoming Space

14 of my closest friends & family joined me for a bachelorette weekend in Nashville in late February. It was important to me that we have a comfortable, chic, shared space, and this house delivered. The open floor plan was perfect for relaxing, eating, and celebrating. Four full bathrooms were so key when all of us were getting ready at once. We never felt crowded. We even held a group fitness "class" in the back yard, as it was also pretty spacious. As others have mentioned, the house is in a changing neighborhood. But the value of the beautiful space outweighed our need to be right Downtown. And everything was a quick Uber away. We would gladly do it all over again. Jaison was very responsive & helpful. Our only issue was with the refrigerator. We stocked the fridge full and became concerned when a few hours later it hadn't cooled anything yet. Turns out it needs more time to kick in. By morning everything was fine. I'd recommend lots of ice to keep your drinks cool in the meantime. Overall, we loved this house & our experience!

Excellent

We had 3 couples, a baby, and 10 guys in the house for a total of 17. Our 4-day stay was great! The house really lends itself to big groups not just in how many it sleeps, but the main floor has a very large open area, which was nice for group gatherings. Easy to find. Easy in and out. Neighborhood was fine--not super upscale, but nice enough and safe according to the crime maps I looked at online. The best part to me was the excellent (and fast) communications from Jaison. He was great to dialogue with before, during and after our visit. We were in town for an expo at the Music City Center and it took 12-20 minutes to get there each time, even in peak traffic. We wouldn't hesitate to re-visit!

Great place for work or play

Our work group (10 adults) really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated house. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have a open floor plan so our whole group could easily work, socialize, and have fun together. Downtown and other attractions are just a short Uber ride away with little to no traffic.

Great House

We had a great time at the house and in Nashville (all 16 of us). We used UBER to and from down town and was only $10.00 per trip. The kitchen even had a large scoop and pot large enough for us to cook a South Louisiana Gumbo. Due to the Grandmother recycling every thing we ran out of room in the Recycle can outside. We filled 1 can of house hold waste and 2 can of house hold recycle, so we made one of regular waste into a recycle can. I would recommend this house for any one staying in or around Nashville, TN Joe

Gorgeous house and wonderful hosts/ owners!

I was planning a bachelorette party for my sister and found this as well as several other houses in the Nashville area. I chose this house because, not only is it GORGEOUS, but it is also really spacious! The beds are all very comfortable, huge closets, FOUR bathrooms, and the upstairs kitchen and living area are also huge with all new appliances. There is a backyard and a patio as well which we didn't use because we were there in winter. The house is close to the freeway to get into downtown. the Gulch, Broadway etc and the house is close to East Nashville neighborhood. Ubers are about 15 minutes to anywhere we were going. I also took an uber to and from the grocery store and liquor store when I got into town. Super easy! The only reason why someone may give it fewer stars is because of the neighborhood- it is a changing neighborhood and you can't walk to any restaurants or bars. Although there is a new brewery very close! Also the owners and their property manager are AMAZING- they were so helpful and always got back to me immediately. Most of the ladies got canceled flights and heard about it late Saturday night. Last minute they said that we could stay a few extra hours so that everyone could figure out their flights and where they would stay Sunday night. Then they offered to let us stay an extra night- it was perfect! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Bachelor Party HQ

Couldn't have asked for anything better in this house. Had a group of 16 guys down for a long weekend and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping spots, 4 full bathrooms, backyard with a grill and plenty of patio space. Not to mention the fact that the house is brand new. As one guy said, "HGTV would love this place!" Never waited longer than 5 minutes or paid more than $9 for an UberXL downtown and couldn't have asked for more when it came to communication and responsiveness. If you're visiting Nashville with a large group, this is the place to stay!
