• Parking: Garage parking fits up to 2 compact vehicles only. Additional first-come street parking for 1–2 vehicles is typically available in front of the unit. No parking is permitted outside of the garage within the community; vehicles parked outside the garage are subject to towing. No extra parking beyond what’s described.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse; stairs are required.
• Security: A Ring camera is installed at the front door facing the entry and street. It records exterior activity only.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home.
• Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are widely available and a convenient option for downtown so you can avoid parking.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
