Other Things to Note:
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage to the property, including all furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. This includes, but is not limited to, the hot tub, and it's components. Any damage caused during the stay, whether accidental or due to misuse, will be charged to the guest.

Additional Rules:

- Do not lean on or look over the rooftop railing

- Single beds have a weight capacity and should not be jumped on or used by more than one person

- Roof area beneath hot tub has a weight capacity of 3000 lbs, hot tub person limit should not be exceeded at any time
