Lockeland Springs is one of Nashville’s most charming historic neighborhoods, located just minutes from downtown in the heart of East Nashville. Known for its tree-lined streets, local character, and creative energy, the neighborhood is filled with beloved coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and music venues. Guests can easily walk to local favorites like Barista Parlor while enjoying the unique blend of historic charm and vibrant city life that makes East Nashville so special.

Guests have access to the full home as well as fenced yard and driveway.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms with a shared tub/shower bathroom, while the downstairs half bath features stunning custom floral wallpaper for a stylish touch.

Step out to the screened porch—your own cozy retreat with a sofa, chairs, large TV, fire table, and dining space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fenced yard welcomes your fur baby and offers a grill, fire pit, and cornhole for outdoor fun.

Inside, creativity shines with artistic guitars, cowboy boot accents, and a blend of country charm and modern comfort. Turn up the fun with your own karaoke setup—perfect for a Bluebird Café-style night in. Whether it’s a girls’ getaway, creative retreat, or work/play escape, this space feels like home with a little Nashville magic.

The home is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Nashville and many of the city’s most popular attractions. Guests can bike or take a quick rideshare to destinations such as Nissan Stadium, Broadway’s famous honky-tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Cumberland Park, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

Sidewalks make it possible to walk into parts of Downtown and East Nashville, and multiple WeGo public bus stops are located within a short walk of the home, making it easy to explore the city without a car. The property’s central location also keeps driving times short to many popular Nashville neighborhoods, including Germantown, The Gulch, 12 South, Music Row, and East Nashville favorites.

* There are no stairs required to enter the home; however, stairs are required to access the bedrooms.
* The sofa converts into a comfortable sleeper bed.
* Firewood is not provided for the outdoor Solo Stove.
* The home includes both a standard coffee maker and an espresso machine. Ground coffee is provided, along with a small starter supply of espresso pods.
* The home is located behind the main house but has its own private entrance and yard. It is an entirely separate home.
*Smart TVs are provided for streaming with your personal accounts.
* Quiet hours begin at 9 PM out of respect for neighbors.
* Starter supplies are provided, but guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.
* The property is family-friendly, but bedrooms are located upstairs.
