«Room was not properly cleaned, hair was left in obvious locations through the room along with the room floor obviously not vacuumed or swept. When we arrived to the room later in the the evening the room was wildly humid. In the morning we discovered this was due to the AC unit was not sealed which left a huge crack to the outdoors which let bugs (stink bugs and a dead German roach) into the room. Check in staff was friendly.»
