Si c’était moins chère ça pourrait aller… Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, pas de salle de bain privée, 3 chiens qui jappent et font caca et autres détritus étranges dans la cuisine… frigo et tapis pas très propres dans la chambre. Une chance qu’il y a la vue…»

«A most distressing and upsetting stay. Upon checking in, we discovered that the elevator was out of order and had to ask a young staff person who showed us where the stairs were so we could carry our bags to our room- we had to ask him if might find the time to help us with our bags (we are in our mid-70s and just came of a 6+ hour drive). Despite the thread-bare chairs, the room did have its charms- lovely view (no amenities). The shower nearly killed me - the water regulator wasn't working ...

«It seems like effort was made to keep the property up to date and clean but the customer service was lacking in my opinion! During check in one staff member constantly spoke with the gentleman checking me in while completing ignoring that he was with a customer (me). Meanwhile, even though I requested in the comment section of my Expedia booking that I’d like an early check in there was NO communication as to the availability nor cost of such a thing. Even during my actual check in there was NO ...

«Location is excellent, right in front of the Scaha lake. Rooms were clean, kitchen was excellent. Air conditioning was good as well (it is must in the heat of Penticton). Staff was equally friendly and accommodated the requests. Bedding (blanket n cover) was something didn't look clean or changed. Parking on the property is a little congested. Overall it was a lovely experience and would love to visit again.»

«We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here ...
