Full of sunshine, this stunning 4BR/2B pool home, is ideal for families, couples, & friends. Beautifully designed and decorated in September 2022, everything is brand new and has been provided for a luxury vacation or staycation experience. There is space for everyone to kick back, enjoy and relax. A short drive to downtown Naples, stunning beaches, restaurants & much more.

We very much want you to feel at home and able to fully relax in comfort in this gorgeous vacation villa. Imagine waking up in the king size bed in the master bedroom with the sunshine filtering through the blinds. Head outside and dip your toes, or jump straight in to the heated, pool, for a refreshing wake up! Make yourself a coffee at the fully equipped coffee station in the kitchen, and relax on the pool deck, whilst contemplating what the new day has to offer. A leisurely day by the pool? An afternoon nap? A beach day, perhaps, or exploring Naples. And if your schedule includes work time, set up on the patio - it is definitely going to beat the office! And if you need more privacy, there is a dedicated desk space in the primary bedroom.

The home has brand new furnishings throughout and has been decorated with care and great attention to detail. There is a calm, comfortable, luxurious and contemporary, feel throughout. Everywhere is light and bright, with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the patio area and pool deck, providing Florida indoor/outdoor living at its best.

The outdoor area at this home, is truly a private, Zen oasis, surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The covered cabana with ceiling fan, comfy seating and TV, is the perfect place to relax at any time of the day. The pool is heated and we have sun chaise with shade umbrellas, a covered outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower, and for the outdoor chefs amongst you, a 4-burner gas grill to cook up some steaks or fresh Florida seafood.

The spacious open concept living area is the hub of the home - with a view of the pool deck, comfortable and sociable seating, and a smart ‘frame’ TV with all the popular streaming apps (don’t forget your login details!).

There is a breakfast dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, includes a breakfast bar and a coffee station, where coffee lovers will find everything you'll need. There is a choice of a dual Keurig and filter coffee machine, and a Breville Espresso machine, as well as starter amounts of Keurig pods, ground coffee, and sugar. We also have a reverse osmosis system for the water in the kitchen.

The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days and you will find all major appliances, as well as many high end small ones, including a toaster, a Vitamix blender for those healthy morning smoothies, a KitchenAid food processor, and much more.

Great care has been taken to ensure a beautiful night’s sleep in this home! All mattresses are Tempurpedic and the bedding is excellent quality organic cotton, with soft comforters to snuggle into.
The primary suite has a beautiful canopy king-sized bed, desk space (for any (un)necessary work, and plenty of storage, with a larger dresser and walk-in closet. The private en-suite bathroom, has a tub/shower combination, a hairdryer, make-up mirror and we supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and hand soap for your convenience. All towels are organic, for that extra touch of luxury.

The guest bedroom at the front of the house has a queen size bed, plantation shutters and room-darkening drapes, to ensure a great night’s sleep. The second guest bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the final bedroom works for kids and adults alike. Comfortable twin beds, a closet for storage and the tiny guests will love the toys they discover in the hampers.
And for the even tinier guests, there is a pack ‘n play, a highchair and baby monitor.

The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and toiletries for your convenience.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies for your use.

In the garage, you will find 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes for your use, a bike pump and an electric pool inflatable pump. And for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart, coolers, and beach/pool towels. There is also a 'mini gym' area set up, with gym flooring, kettle bells, dumb bells and bench, if you can't miss an opportunity to work out!

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

We are located in the north part of the quiet, residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach.

We are approximately 1.9 miles from the main Vanderbilt Beach access (less than 10 minutes by bike), and 2 miles to the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park (a 10 minute bike ride).

We are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

5 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few.

Naples Park is a great area to bike around, especially if you are heading for the beach. We have 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes - which you are welcome to use - we just ask that you lock them with the locks provided when parking them.

If you’re driving, there’s a drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
The pool is heated and is serviced once a week. Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding!

This home is a private residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8am and after 9pm, and at a respectful level during the daytime.

We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online, and at the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
