Welcome to your lake view Paradise Suite in my home! This is a private apartment attached to my house.
I hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I always keep this place spotless!
Kings Lake, where this home is located, is one of the best kept secrets and safest zones in Naples.
It is only 5 minutes from downtown Naples and 10 minutes to our amazing beaches. The corner lot offers privacy with a serene peaceful lake and pool for relaxing. It is a very quiet area. Around the lake is a 1.5-mile walking or biking trail.
It has a private entrance through a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, refrigerator, stove, tabletop oven, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The laundry room has its own washer and dryer. The living room/kitchen area has a sofa bed and flat screen tv. The bathroom is stocked with towels and a hairdryer and provides direct access to the pool. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a luxury mattress, large screen tv and a walk-in closet. The bedroom sliding doors lead directly out to the pool. There is another room /tv room with a sofa bed for 3 person.There is also a seating area for two at the lake near the house with a fire pit. You will have access to the pool during the hours from 8 am to 7 pm. There is a gas grill available for your use. This can be your cozy home away from home in beautiful Naples!

service pets/dogs are not allowed on my property because of my building restrictions/HOL and also safety of my elderly neighbors.

Beautiful and peaceful!

I loved the ease of check in however I didn’t hear back from the host after I sent several messages. Then I learned she was out of the country. I would have enjoyed the pool more had it not been so hot! It wa s great for night time swimming but disappointing when I wanted to be refreshed during the hot temperatures of the day. All in all a great quiet stay and I loved the size of the space—very comfortable. And the pathway around the lake was great for walking my dog. So convenient to the grocery store—didn’t even have to go on a main road! I would stay here again. Thank you Veronica! Hope to meet you next time!

I WAS THROWN OUT AND NOT REFUNDED

The owner of this property is deceitful. I very well may have made an honest mistake (and forgot to click about bringing my dog), but 1) the property IS pet friendly, 2) when VRBO brought it to my attention that I hadn’t paid the pet fee, I was billed DOUBLE for it and paid it IMMEDIATELY… But 2 minutes after I paid the pet fee for 3 nights, the property owner cancelled my entire weekend reservation. WHY ask for that extra money if you’re going to throw me out anyway?!?! Furthermore, this owner has cameras on her property but doesn’t disclose that in the listing.

Very Peaceful.

I was so excited to see the creative flower gardens along the side of the house. The chairs out by the lake were heavenly. So tranquil. We sat out there for a couple of hours watching the birds and turtles. The house was fabulous. Victoria has such an eclectic style of decorating and was fun to see all of her special touches. We would 100% recommend!

Outstanding! Clean, Quiet, Well Stocked, Great Lake and Pool

Outstanding in every respect! Very clean and well stocked. Extremely quiet inside and neighborhood too. The pool and lake view are fantastic, including easy access to a 1.2 mile walk around the lake (beautiful sunrise and sunset views).Close to eating and shopping. Recommend Aldo’s restaurant.

Great stay in comfortable accommodation!

The property is in an attractive neighbourhood. The check-in instructions were straightforward and clear. As we planned to arrive after dark, Victoria kindly left the lights on for us. We immediately felt at home. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained; and precisely as advertised. The garden and pool area were great; we loved the views to the lake at the bottom of the garden, and the walk around the larger nearby lake. When we had a couple of questions, we were able to contact Victoria easily and she responded helpfully and very quickly; but other than that, we would not have known she was around, we felt very comfortable and private. Thanks for a great stay, Victoria!

Fabulous 'Beach House' - Cozy & Cute & Has Everything that You need on a Get Away Vacation!

Victoria's Home Away From Home was Wonderful! She was a Wonderful host! I cannot believe how Comfortable the Bed, pillows, everything..... was! She had so many condiments, toiletries, spices, you name it, if you forgot it, she had it. The pool area is gorgeous, and then while swimming, you looked out at a serene lake! Her yard was decorated with sea shells, and lovely lights, and just so well done with amazing decorations and plants. This property is one of the most comfortable and cozy homes that we have vacationed in - ever - 5 STAR!! Thank-You Victoria! :)

I never received details on how to access the house. I called the host one hour before check-in and she told me someone else was already staying in the house and I could not stay. I asked her to ensure I got a refund and she is now lying saying I decided not to stay and she is trying to keep my money! I would not book with this woman!

Party by Bedroom Door

Your place was clean and well decorated. The pool was very nice. Everything was fine but felt like we were getting "pushed out" early when you asked the day before when we were leaving the next day because you wanted to "plan you day!" Check out time was 10:00 and we were out before that. Should not have been asked when we were leaving. The last night we were there was very disturbing! There were guests right outside our bedroom door smoking, drinking, and talking loudly which kept us awake! We should have had more privacy!

Lovely place

Victoria has furnished her property with lots of care and good taste. She keeps it spotlessly clean. Everything you use and see is excellent quality, from the cutlery to the bed clothes. It is a very quiet place, so you sleep wonderfully in a very comfortable bed. The pool is beautiful, and more so the spot overlooking the lake, where we sat at dusk or at night to watch the stars. We had breakfast outside at a garden table placed next to our entrance door. The garden is amazing, too. Thank you, Victoria, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesomeness!!

We saw the listing online and we thought it was to good to be true because everything about the property looked so good!!! When we got there, it was just like we saw!! It was clean, organized, and overall amazing! The pool was nice and clean, and the patio was as well. Gorgeous backyard and lake! The self check in is amazing! The host Victoria is very nice and understanding as well!! She responds to anything you might ask with great timing. The apartment even has beach towels and chairs! The apartment is off the main house and you’d think it’s a issue with privacy and what not but it has the feeling that you have your own place/space. You really can’t tell. Overall great experience thank G-D!! Thank you Victoria!!

Lovely Home

We had a very good time in Naples. The home was very clean, Victoria checked in on us, and I enjoyed waking up and having coffee overlooking the pool and lake. Really wonderful time. Also loved that there was beach chairs and a cooler for us to use.

This property meets the 3 C’s!! Comfy-Cute-Clean!! Spent 5 nights in this cozy cottage. Owner is super nice and provides more than the average owner. The home is very clean, well stocked and in a nice safe location. I would not hesitate to rebook over and over!!
